   Awful customer service stay away... we were without a kitchen for nearly 6 months due to missing items, late deliveries and damaged items. Said there would be a tiny space wasted in the corner only to find out a whole corner has been wasted. Chantelle in the Rotherham branch was extremely rude any issues reported the response is ' but you signed the paperwork'. Stay away from this company they just want your money and you get poor customer service in return.

   Came for the kitchen appointment. Was told designer was running late. Which is fine maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Waited 25 minutes and still no sign of being seen to. Nobody came for us to let us know so ended up walking out. Not great customer service.

   Absolute horrendous experience with Wren Rotherham. In March ‘22 two young guys turned up at our door saying that they were fitting our new Wren kitchen. We had no choice in the matter so we let them start. Our grievance is not the quality of the Milano Ultra kitchen but the terrible workmanship from these two fitters, certainly not quality trades people. Nearly every job during the two weeks we had to ask these guys to improve the task that they had just done. For instance still some of our drawers don’t self close. A top kitchen extractor was fitted, we switched it on 3 times and there was an acrid burning smell from it (it’s now November and no one has bothered to come out and replace or change the burnt out motor. Also, the power point for this is hanging off the wall exposing the wiring). Don’t trust Wren ever!

   From the initial consultation to the finished kitchen we were impressed with professionalism of both the in store and on site staff. They provided us with a kitchen better than our expectations, and after the kitchen was in and we had a slight issue with one of the drawers a replacement part was sent within a couple of days. We would certainly use Wren kitchens again
