   Very poor. Ordered last few kitchens from the wombwell branch, but has not gone smoothly. Stuff missing, items coming wrong, items damaged. Ring them and you just get passed from one person to another. Kitchen designer never answers phone or returns messages. Spoke to the manager of the branch, says "he will be in contact and will sort me out ".... Still waiting for a call back. Had to leave customer with half finished kitchen. Will be moving my account to a different branch and will be in contact with head office.

   Purchased a kitchen in October 2023. There were some initial issues with their measurements so some things had to be swapped. The main issue has been cheap appliances. I’ve had an engineer out three times to fix a leaking washing machine, this still hasn’t been dealt with- I’m getting fed up of reporting this. Currently my issue is with the leisure range cooker, this was fitted in late November/early December 2023 and in early November 2024 after removing something from the oven the door covering bubbled(see photo). Upon ringing Howdens they said I had spilled something on it (I hadn’t) they said as it was over 12months since purchase (despite only using for around 10month) then it wasn’t there problem. I’m currently awaiting a reply from an email sent almost two weeks ago asking for their complaints procedure as to me the cooker issue is a safety issue and surely shouldn’t develop within 10 months of usage. I would definite not recommend Howdens-all nice at sales stage but after that then it’s not their problem

   Delivered some kitchens for them. Very professional and kitchens are all top quality. The staff are excellent there and was a pleasure to be there. Would recommend if anyone needs a new kitchen or anything.
