    Be cautious with this clinic. Make sure you fully understand the deposit, treatment fees, and any charges related to future appointment commitments. In my experience, the receptionist did not explain additional fees for follow-up appointments, and when I asked for clarification later, I was made to feel uncomfortable. I originally booked a standard £75 hygienist appointment, but during the session—while I was unable to speak properly—the hygienist told me I needed a deep clean instead. It left me in an awkward position with no real opportunity to discuss it. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and felt pressured into extra costs. I won’t be returning.

    I recently had composite bonding done here and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The dentist was really professional and took the time to make sure everything looked perfect and natural. The whole experience was comfortable from start to finish. The reception team and all the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming — they make you feel completely at ease as soon as you walk in. I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone considering cosmetic dental work!

    I had a fantastic experience. At L&Y dental practice the stuff is friendly, kind and helpful starting from dentist and going through all nurses and reception.     Very good dental practice, here at L&Y all staff are friendly, helpful, kind, understanding yet very professional from the dentist to all nurses and reception. They make you feel welcome and help keep you calm too through the process, as the dentist takes time to explain. Overall good experience. I left with a big smile and came back very confident.

    The service here has been amazing. I called this morning as I had an emergency, and they have organized everything to fit me in. The treatment coordinator Lakshmi has been very helpful over the phone and when I arrived. Then the dentist Yasmin and the nurse saw me and managed to do treatment on my tooth today. The prices are very competitive and the practice looks amazing. I will definitely come back. Thank you

    Been to see their hygienist to get my teeth cleaned and I must say I am super, super impressed with this place. It has a very calming feel to it and that anxiety of going to a dentist goes away immediately. Reception team were very friendly and Anny, their hygienist was amazing. She is very polite and calm lady and more importantly her work has been fantastic. Never had my teeth so clean and white.     The staff at L&Y are all fantastic - I’ve been coming to Yasmin for a couple of months now for my Invisalign and she’s been great! Always thorough in explaining all the treatments and answering my questions, and the whole surgery just has a really welcoming and calming atmosphere. Especially great for someone with a phobia of dental work like me!
