   I have had a few dental extractions in my lifetime, but the manner in which Dr Rupa Shah performed surgery today was exemplary and I have no hesitation in saying she was one of the most experienced and professional people I have ever met - when I arrived Dr Shah explained the procedure, showing what was planned to take place, whilst answering all questions and concerns I had. During surgery, Dr Shah continuously checked on me, kept me well informed and ensured I was relaxed at all times. The overall experience at this practice is outstanding, the facilities 5 star and the great advice always provided by my regular dentist Dr Ravi Ganatra is highly valuable. I moved to this practice a year ago and would highly recommend to all.

   I had a brilliant appointment with Binisha the hygienist. I felt very welcomed and at ease during the entire appointment. I did not feel rushed at all and she was extremely thorough. Being a dentist myself its always a bit strange being on the other side of things but she was wonderful! I genuinely look forward to my hygiene appointments now!

   I had an emergency permanent retainer fix with Dr Ravi Ganatra. From the moment I sat down, he made me feel completely at ease. He was professional and took his time to explain everything clearly without rushing. You can tell he truly cares about his work and thoroughly answered all questions I had. The practice manager was also incredibly helpful and welcoming, which really added to the positive experience. It’s rare to find a dental practice where both the clinical care and the atmosphere are this good — highly recommend.

   My first visit to Pinner Green Dental Practice and it more than met my expectations. Daksha the hygienist did a splendid job on getting my teeth looking their best. She was gentle and kept checking that I was coping ok throughout my appointment. Ravi was very professional and thorough. X-rays and photographs of my teeth helped me understand any potential problems that could happen so I can take appropriate care. I shall be returning for future visits.

   Dr Ravi is an amazing dentist,very calming and puts you at ease. I'm a nervous patient but you have no need to worry with him,he explains everything fully and really cares about his patients which is rare to see.    Having been a very satisfied patient of Dr Weinbaum for many years, I was somewhat apprehensive about changing to Dr Ravi when he took over the practice. I need not have worried. Dr Ravi put me at ease right away - to the point where I thought I might fall asleep in his reclining dental chair today! The practice has a calm, friendly atmosphere. I am delighted with the work of dental Hygienist Kim and the check-ups and the dental work Dr Ravi has done. Thank you to all the staff.

   I met with DR Ravi and his assistance a few months back with regards to the gap between my front teeth. I was confused as to what kind of treatment I should have, as there are various types of options out there which cost a fortune! I visited a few dentist around the area and felt I didn't really receive honest advice. I came across Pinner Green Dental Clinic and booked in a consultation. My consultation with DR Ravi was great. He was honest and very professional. He took me through the various types of options I had and gave me his honest opinion of what I should go for.. The professional advice given at the consultation as well as the prices were very reasonable. Before undertaking my treatments, I booked in to see the hygienist. The treatment was great and the clean was perfect! After this, I then booked in teeth whitening with them as well as composite bonding treatment. The whitening treatment was for two weeks and the results were fantastic! My teeth started to change shade after 4 days - I was amazed at such quick results. Once I finished my whitening treatment, I went in and completed the bonding treatment. WOW WOW WOW! DR Ravi was so gentle and pleasant whilst undertaking this treatment and ensured I was comfortable at all times. DR Ravi and his assistant done a fantastic job! I am really really happy with the treatment as well as the customer service at Pinner Green Dental Clinic. I receive such a warm and pleasant welcome every time I visit. I love my smile and thanks to DR Ravi and his team, I cannot stop smiling!!! Highly recommend you all to go and see DR Ravi and his team!! From now on, this is definitely my local dentist!! :-)
