I recently had two wisdom teeth out by Dr Neeta Patel. She was fabulous and the whole process was over so quickly! It has been painless since with no swelling or pain the next morning. The whole team including reception and the nurses are lovely too - would highly recommend.
I can’t recommend Dr. Mehul Patel enough. My mom is a very anxious patient and has had some really tough experiences with dentists over the years, so we were both a bit nervous going in. But Dr. Patel was amazing from the start. He was patient, kind, and really took the time to make her feel comfortable during the consultation. During our session i mentioned that my work schedule is pretty hectic and that it might be hard for us to keep coming back for appointments. Instead of brushing that off, he actually offered to do the periodontal treatment the same day so we wouldn’t have to return the following week. That small act of understanding made things so much easier for us. My mom walked out feeling happy and cared for, which honestly means everything to me. We’re both really grateful for the experience.
I was nervous going into a specialist dentist but I've had a really positive experience. Lydia is brilliant at her job, really calm, explained things in a clear way and gave me great, practical advice to improve my dental hygiene. Really happy with my experience there.
I recently had my implants restored by Dr Shivana. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. Shivana was extremely patient and gentle and ensured the crowns were fitted with such beauty in shape and shade. I highly recommend her and the dental nurse Shova who also made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the process. 10/10
I have been coming to see Dr Hopkins and Victoria Kempster at Moor Park for many years. Both Lydia and Victoria are very professional, very warm, welcoming and friendly and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Treatment plan is very clearly explained, thorough advice given and treatment is excellent. All the dental support staff and admin/reception team are also wonderful. A fantastic practice and highly recommend.
This is the best dentist I have ever been to and I am so glad that i was refereed to this place! After being treated badly and being injured by anther dental practice, I developed quite a bad phobia to go visit the dentist. On my first visit to Moor Park Dental I was greeted by the lovely ladies on reception who seem to sing their greetings to you and all at once I was left feeling less nervous they were so friendly! The practice itself is so beautiful with all the inspirational art/quotes on the wall and the soft music being played with scenes of nature, the retro furniture with it's classy twinkly floor that would not look out of place in a Luxury hotel, Toilet facilities are beautiful and always kept clean. Never thought I would say this but I actually look forward to going there. My treatment has been first class! My teeth look amazing and I just can't stop smiling. Thank You!! My experience at this Dental Centre has been amazing. From the moment you arrive, the reception is most warm and welcoming. My dentist is brilliant and my hygienist Dee is fantastic. At my age I am most fortunate to have a full set of teeth and it is due, in no small part to the care and attention of all the professionals at this practice. I did have a cancer on my face and it was only because my hygienist, Dee Redmond, noticed and said I should get it attended. Dee is the most perfect hygienist you could wish for. The whole practice is worthy of the highest praise.
I have been going to the Dental Practice for the last 20 years +. Always impressed with all the staff's kindness, skill and up-to-date technology. Today was a tooth extraction by Dr Neeta Patel who was friendly, positive, clear in explanation and very good at administering the pain killer injection plus fast, effective and efficient at removing the tooth. I also appreciated the dental nurse's kindness, efficiency and willingness to chat to me to calm my nerves! Thank you.
I am new to Moor Park dentists so have only had a couple of appoitments but so far I can only give them a 5 * review. From the reception staff to the medical staff, they are all tremendously professional, friendly, helpful and informative. From my experience and watching them interact with other patients while waiting, they all take time and care with patients whether it is booking appointments, responding to concerns or explaining options for procedures.
A truly wonderful dental practice. Friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The attitude and application of all of the staff I encountered was first class with every treatment I had carried out in a such a relaxed atmosphere. I had extensive work carried out on my front teeth including extractions and implants and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My new front teeth look so natural. I would highly recommend this practice.
