I had an appointment on Tuesday 11th November 2025 at 12pm. Receptionists were very kind and supportive. The dentist Puja and her assistant were very welcoming, friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond what I expected explaining what exactly is right and wrong with my teeth, and the next steps going forward.
This is a lovely dental practice. The receptionists are really warm and friendly and the registration process was really straight forward. Both the dentist and hygienist have the same warm and friendly style. The dentist I saw gave a really thorough exam and took the time to give clear explanations. What service to be recommended to see the hygienist and be able to see them straight after! All staff made a great experience and put me at ease.
Have been going to this dental clinic for many years. The service is always great from the receptionist to the dental surgeon. Dr. Patel probably knows everything about the teeth he has been a dentist since 1985. The hygienist is also great she educated me on how to keep the teeth healthy and clean. I have moved house a few times however I would not want to change my dentist. Total trust and respect to the team.
As someone with a big fear of dentistry I was very concerned when Priya left the practice as she always put me at ease over many years. However I’m delighted now to be in the safe hands of Sheena who not only has been technically excellent with me, but also has a great human touch and can scale up both support and responses to my nerve based banter in equal measure. I’m very grateful to have her as my dentist as she does effortlessly go the extra mile with tips, advice and reassurance. She has also been excellent in treating some specific conditions my wife has had. I have recently recommended her to friends that have moved to the area as her expertise and ability to read the room is priceless!
Absolutely wonderful. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from every member of staff. They were efficient and skilled in dealing with multiple tasks effortlessly at the reception desk. The dentist I saw was friendly, attentive and carried out a very thorough examination of my teeth. She explained things clearly and gave helpful advice and feedback. I felt completely at ease. I am thrilled to have finally found a great dental surgery!
I have my doubts. I went here with a sensitive tooth and was told I need a root canal treatment, price £1,300. I sought a second and then third opinion from two different dentists, neither the second nor the third said I needed a root canal treatment for an otherwise healthy tooth. In addition, the third dentist found from the X-ray that I needed a filling which this dentist didnt spot. Take from that what you will.
Fabulous service! Had a severe toothache over the Christmas break so called on Tuesday for an appointment expecting to have to wait a few days. But no, I was seen within one hour. Tooth needed removing which happened the following day. No more excruciating pain in the ……gum! Thank you team!
Have. been coming to this dentist for many years, mainly out of convenience. They usually run behind and today I was waiting 20 minutes after my appointment time before any update was provided- still another 10 minutes before I'd be seen. Got a refund and left. 30 minutes late and not even an apology. Very disappointing.
I have been coming to this surgery for more than 12 year now and I will not got anywhere else! Dr Lalit Patel is so friendly, calm and patient. I am very nervous about receiving dental treatment but he puts me at ease. I have received many treatments over the years, including teeth whitening and I have never had a problem. I would highly recommend this surgery.
AMAZING dentist. The most positive experience I have ever had at a dentist. Dr. Lalit is very knowledgeable, provided great advice during a series of consultations for teeth cleaning, whitening and shaping. He has a very personable manner and I felt very comfortable in the dentist chair - not easy at most places! I'm very happy with my teeth as a result. The hygienist was also the most informative I've ever come across. After suffering years from plaque build up I've finally found a regime that works. Availability for appointments was great and I cannot recommend Field End Dental enough.
