   I’ve been coming to Headstone Dental Practice for years, however today was the day I had to write a review! Hala is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had - she is so gentle and I didn’t even need the spray this time! My second visit with her and my hygeine habits have improved already. She is so warm and compassionate and will definitely be recommending her to all my friends. Alongside her, what made the experience run smooth was Canan, who was a very supportive and lovely dental nurse! Another positive to note was Razia at the desk (who seemed like the manager to me) was absolutely amazing on the phone before booking and went the extra mile for myself and my son. Very happy patient experience!

   I have been with Headstone Lane Dental Practice for around 12 years, and I would like to express my sincere thanks to the entire team for their outstanding care—especially during my recent dental emergency with a broken tooth. I was extremely anxious about getting this sorted before my son’s wedding, but the team saw me very quickly and made me feel completely understood and reassured during a very stressful time. A special thank you to Dentist Zerra Alibai, who was incredibly empathetic and understanding. She reassured me that she would do everything she could to fast-track the process. She also ensured the reception team chased the triage referral so that my root canal could be approved in time before moving forward with my crown. Thanks to her urgency and support, my referral was quickly approved, and I was able to see Endodontist Banneshe, who was excellent and carried out the root canal treatment with great care. I would also like to thank the admin team — Rece, Dami, and Razia — who followed up tirelessly with Trish’s team and worked late to make sure my urgent referral went through successfully. Their dedication meant my appointments were prioritised, just as Zerra requested.    I have recently had a tooth implant at Headstone lane dental practice and would highly recommend them. Dr Imran was very professional. He explained the process from start to finish, and remembered that I was an individual and that this was a unique experience to me. The cost was provided at the outset for the procedure as was the length of time it would take from start to finish. I can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with the result and the entire process.    I came to Headstone Lane Dental Practice for a tooth extraction, which they offered at a very fair price. Imran did a stellar job, being very supportive, understanding and - yes - even made me laugh before I had to say goodbye to my molar. He knows what he's doing and has a lovely team around him. Three weeks later now everything has healed well, so I'd say he did a great job. Hopefully there won't be any other extractions anytime soon, but if there were, I'd return.

My first appointment there today with Dr Gulamhusein and I have nothing but praise. Super friendly, put me at ease straight away, very professional and knowledgeable.    I had a tooth extraction done here at the Headstone Lane Dentist. It was very well done by the owner Imran. I did not feel a thing and he explained it all as he went along. I would not hesitate to return there for all my dental needs.The practice has state of the art equipment. But more importantly they know how to use it!!
