   I changed dentists a year ago following bad service at my previous dentist of 55 years when it became corporate. I was able to get very fast treatment for a painful tooth at Hatch End Dental Practice (HEDP). The practice is very friendly and efficient and I feel part of the family. I have had to have a significant amount of work done as a result of shortcomings by the previous practice. Dr Patel has given me excellent advice and discussed options to replace crowns and a tooth that required extraction. He explained every part of the process and kept me entertained throughout. I had a pain free experience. My teeth have now stabilised and I can chew with comfort and confidence. HEDP is good value for money and I highly recommend it.

   I have decades of experience of visiting various dental practices in the country and since being a fairly new customer of Hatch End Dental Practice over the last couple of years, I can honestly say they are first class. The receptionists are all very welcoming and friendly. The hygienist is extremely thorough and after each time of having my teeth properly cleaned, I always come away with them feeling so smooth and looking whiter! Dr. Bhavesh Patel is a very experienced dentist and one of the best dentists I have had. I especially appreciate the knowledge and explanations he provides about any proposed treatment plans needed to maintain healthy teeth and he is an honest and professional dentist. Dr Patel explained in detail the diagnosis of the receeding gum condition I have and suggested an appropriate treatment plan to avoid further deterioration. The costs of the treatment were also confirmed in advance (which were exactly the same after the treatment). It was good that after agreeing to the recommended treatment plan I was offered an appointment within a couple of days. Dr. Patel was skillful and efficient, explaining the procedure as it was being done, which I found reassuring. He is very knowledgable and I was impressed with the treatment I had with no discomfort of pain at all throughout the procedure. I am also very grateful that the treatment will prevent my condition from getting worse. Dr. Patel's dental expertise as well as his follow-up advice is much appreciated. I would highly recommend Hatch End Dental Practice to others, based on my own personal experiences. I certainly feel I've chosen the best dentist in the Hatch End/Pinner area.

   I had been a patient of Hatch End for over 10 years. I had two different sets of braces and a permanent retainer put on by Dr Amin and my teeth look great now. I started to see Dr Patel more recently as it was easier to get an appointment and he is the loveliest friendliest dentist. However, more recently, I have been having problems with my permanent retainer breaking, and the repairs have not lasted more than a couple of months, despite me paying £200 each time. I have needed 3 emergency appointments in 5 months. When I called up most recently to say I needed another emergency appointment because my wire broke in my retainer and was cutting me, I was very harshly told by Dr Amin's wife, one of the receptionists, that they couldn't fit me in at all and that I'd have to find somewhere else to do it. I was a little upset that they couldn't fit me in considering the emergency nature of the appointment, that my retainer had broken yet again (i.e. the last repair had failed) and was cutting me, but that could have been forgiven if I hadn't been spoken to in such a rude and dismissive manner. Like I said, myself and 2 other family members have been customers for over 10 years, we have known the Amins a long time. I was so hurt by the rude way that I was spoken to (which shouldn't happen to anyone, even more so because we were loyal customers who, between us, have spent tens of thousands of pounds on dentistry there), that all of us have decided to move to a new practice. I would have rated Hatch End higher prior to this, but their disregard and lack of care regarding regular customers and loyalty has really knocked my opinion of this practice.

   I have been a patient at this practice for almost 10 years now, Dr Patel is always welcoming and very professional. The advice I have been given has always proven successful with an understanding of maintaining longevity. With each appointment I also visit the hygienist - every six months. I cannot recommend this highly enough, the visible improvement to my teeth has been amazing. Would definitely recommend this practice.

   I signed up as a patient with Dr Patel after moving to the area. On the first appointment he identified a number of long term issues that other dentists had patched up with expensive but temporary fixes. He outlined a detailed treatment plan that I needed, explaining fully all of the steps. Now that it's all completed, I couldn't be happier with the result, and with attentive care and expert skill of Dr Patel throughout the long process. Now we have a long term solution, and I have my confidence back. Thank you Dr Patel, and all the lovely staff at Hatch End Dental Practice.

   Dr Patel and his team are absolutely fantastic! I had previously visited another local dentist and received poor service so I was so glad on my first visit here I walked in I was immediately put at ease by the lovely Natalie at reception. Dr Patel helped me make informed decisions about my treatments, went through various options with me and wasn’t pushy at all. The dental nurse is extremely friendly and chatty, as is the dental hygienist I saw. I’ve always come away happy with my treatments and even managed to convince my nervous husband to attend for his check ups also. My 4 year old daughter even visited him and came out with a smile! I cannot recommend this practice enough for its professional and excellent service!

   I have struggled to find a good dentist for most of my life but having met with Dr. Patel i'm very glad to have found an excellent one. Everyone at this practice is extremely kind and professional, I am extremely pleased with the level of care taken with my Invisalign treatment and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone else.

   I have been a patient at Hatch End Dental Practice for many years and have always been impressed with the level of care and expertise in my treatments. All the staff, from Dentist and Nurses to the Practice Manager are very welcoming and any last minute changes have always been accommodated. I have had a range of treatments from fillings through to Invisalign and am extremely satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend!
