We had our kitchen measured and designed by Karron in December 2024, fitted in February 2025 after the completion of a rewire of electrics and plastering of the full room. All supplied by The Kitchen Company. Dom, James, Ben and the team’s attention to detail was spot on. We are very pleased with the finished look and quality of the cabinets, appliances and worktops. The quality of the units worktops and electrical goods are excellent and the price very competitive and included all fitting and removal of the old kitchen and rubbish.
From the planning and constructive advice from Karron to the fantastic and professional tradespeople they employ everything was top notch. Ricky (and his grandad) who removed my old kitchen, Sean who capped off and uncoupled my old cooker, Dom the electrician who patiently moved sockets added new ones and also repaired a downstairs light for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Finally to the superstar Ben. His carpentry skills are second to none. Every step of the way he communicated with us about where things were going, how long it would take and organised all the other trades to come at the correct time.
Also importantly for me having strangers in your home can be stressful, but all the guys were friendly, chatty and I felt completely at ease.

We have just had our new kitchen designed and installed by the Kitchen Company and are delighted with how it has turned out. Our thanks go to Andy and his staff for their patience and sound advice at the design stage, and for managing the project. It was more than a straightforward kitchen replacement, and involved removing an internal wall, plastering the ceiling and walls.
We chose units from the Kensington range in mussel, with Axiom Padua oak worktops and upstands, finished off with Karndean flooring. Attached are some photos of before and after.
The whole job took a little over two weeks and our thanks go to the individuals who skilfully transformed our kitchen/dining room.
Ricky who dismantled the old kitchen and took down the wall.
James who did all the plastering work.
Sean who replaced and repositioned the radiators.
Ross who laid the Karndean floor.
David McGuiness who spent most time with us, carefully fitting the new kitchen.
Finally a word of thanks to our own electrician Jason Daniel of Circuit Works who fitted the ceiling lights and wired up the new appliances and sockets etc.
Everyone did an excellent job, but importantly they were also nice people to have in the house during the installation.

Andrew was superb- listened to what I wanted, made useful suggestions, came out to measure up, drew up plans for me to see and was only too happy for me to make a few adjustments along the way. The whole team were awesome, did a fantastic job and all arrived exactly as scheduled. The kitchen was fitted by Phil and he's done a wonderful job. He even managed to work around the boiler fitter on one of the days as my old boiler started to leak! This pushed him to complete later, on Saturday which he was happy to do - really top bloke. I also want to say a big thank you to Ricky who came out everyday to make sure we were happy with the work. We had a big issue with another company who damaged our sink & worktop Ricky & Karen helped us rectify the damage & paid for the other companies shocking mistake! We also had issues with the fridge/freezer we previously bought, they went out of their way to make changes to ensure it fitted, we are truly grateful…

Me and my husband could not be happier with our kitchen and the whole experience we had with The Kitchen Company.
From the first visit to the showroom Ricky was great, he offered advice where we needed it and understood exactly what we were wanting. Ricky arranged a 2 week period where all the works would take place which worked perfectly. Week 1 was the prep work (plasterer and electrician). Week 2 was fitting the new kitchen.
The team are an absolute credit to the company, James’s (plasterer) work was amazing and Ben who fitted the kitchen is extremely thorough, we were so pleased with the finish!
When the kitchen was delivered the wine cooler was damaged, from past experience this causes weeks in delay. However I found myself completely surprised how before I’d even found out Ricky had ordered another and it arrived within days causing no delay whatsoever.
I would definitely recommend The Kitchen Company for anyone looking for a high quality kitchen, great customer experience and all at a very competitive price!
