   I have been coming here for treatment after I recently broke a tooth. Dr Shabnam took extra care in my first exam to explain everything in detail, my xray showed a lot of problems and she developed a treatment plan to deal with all the issues. They really look after you here, it's the best I have experienced.

   I’ve been a patient here for a few years and cannot recommend them enough. Dr Shabnam is attentive, gentle, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I always feel completely safe in her hands, as it’s obvious that she truly cares about her patients and their well-being. The space has such a welcoming atmosphere with really nice decor and the reception team are always kind. I’m so grateful to have found a dentist that I can trust!

   This is a lovely practice, very clean and calm. All the staff are a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and good at explaining treatments every step of the way. I have been having Invisalign with Dr Telmo and Weronika and I am very pleased with the progress and transformation. It is a wholly different experience from childhood braces. I have also had regular checkups with Dr Shabnam Zai who is excellent. All staff excellent with a nervous patient.

   Really recommend this practice. Veena at reception was SO kind and helpful. Dr Nikita did amazing work on my chipped tooth. She was very thorough, walked me through the process the whole way and constantly checked I was okay. It’s nice when dentist are holistic and able to take your whole health into consideration when giving recommendations on your teeth as they are so interlinked. I feel confident going to this practice for my teeth! Thank you so much team.

   I was a little nervous about attending a dentist due to my previous experience. However, I can say that the treatment from Nikita and Michelle has been the best I have received from any dentist. All of the staff are welcoming and caring. Everything is explained clearly, and the treatment is gentle. My filling today was painless.    I have been visiting this dental practice and seeing Dr Zai on a regular basis and feel it is the best move I have made. She is excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and very informative which has made me feel comfortable with the issues surrounding my teeth. I feel reassured and free from worry knowing that I am in the best hands with her and her hygienist team. The clinic is very relaxed, staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and cleanliness is second to none. I would definitely recommend West House Dental practice.

   After not seeing a dentist for many years, due to bad experiences, my son who attends West House Dental suggested I try them. I can honestly say my confidence has been fully restored since joining them this year. Dr Nikita has been excellent with all my teeth, she fixed my fractured and broken teeth to perfection. Dr Nikita has been understanding, caring, lovely, immediately putting me at ease, explains what is going to happen and always makes sure I am coping while undergoing treatment. I have found the rest of team equally as friendly, extremely caring, sensitive to my needs and kind. The clinic is very relaxing and of very high standard of cleanliness. I now look forward to my dental appointments and it is down to everyone at West House Dental and their professional dedication.
