I am happy with the treatment and service that I have been receiving at Central Dental Care all the years I have been going there. I recommend highly the hygiene care and advice I had from Amelia who treated me on Wednesday (23/04/25). Professional Hygienist treatment from her, I feel good after my treatment. Amelia has been helpful and polite, and also when working in the reception area. Thank you Amelia.
I can’t recommend Dr Pavi Bhagoban enough! He genuinely goes above and beyond when it comes to looking after his patients. His communication is spot on and really approachable. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we’re comfortable and understand what’s going on. The level of care and service he provides is second to none. He’s always so polite, respectful, and professional, and he treats my whole family like we really matter. Honestly, it’s rare to find someone with his level of dedication and warmth. Dr Bhagoban is an absolute gem of a dentist in North West London. If you’re looking for someone who’s brilliant at what they do and truly cares about their patients, he’s the one to go to! May he continue his work at this dental practice and be a shining light for the profession.
Dentist is always late. We book appointments first thing in the morning, and I see the dentist arrive 10 minutes after my appointment time. Would not recommend this dental practice.
I would like to compliment this dental surgery for friendly and welcoming experience over the last 20 years. In particular Dr Lesley who has always been professional, respectful and dignified when dealing with me. Dr Lesley has conducted all diagnoses and treatment efficiently. Also, Renuaka & Aneta 2 of the wider nursing team were friendly and polite. Amelia and the wider reception team again have always been friendly, informative and will manage appointments as in an amicable way. Overall the dental surgery is very well managed and for me it’s amazing.

Very rude receptionist. She opened the door to say that I need to call. I need a hygienist but she said they don’t accept new NHS clients. Did I ask you about NHS treatment madam? She just didn’t want to deal with me at all. So, I called standing near the closed door and spoke with her by phone (pandemic is over if you don’t know that). She said I need to pay deposit but she didn’t let me come in to do it and required my card details by phone. Are you serious? You don’t want to see me, but you want my money?
Honestly the receptionist that works here is unbelievably horrible. I travelled over 70 miles to attend a hygienist appointment at Kenton Central Dental Care, to be told that I had the times mixed up - I was 20 minutes late. She then stated she had sent me a text to confirm my time a couple of days ago. I didn’t receive a text and I told her that I’d changed my number and wrote it down on the form she provided me with last time I came. She then defensively said that I was to tell her when my number changed and not write it down on the form. I’m thinking, ‘So why is the ‘update’ form asking me for my phone number then??’ She got very rude claiming it was my fault and stating that I go home and pay another deposit to reschedule with no refund to the original deposit since it was my fault. I went home furious. Upon calling the manager of Central Dental Care she confirmed to me this receptionist had indeed made a mistake which made the receptionist look very silly as she had a strong attitude and was even rude to my mother who phoned the clinic as she was fuming at how I’d been treated; the receptionist says on the phone that it was ‘her responsibility as a mother to have told me the new time.’ My mother had received the text message instead due to the receptionist’s mistake. What cheek this woman had to say that!! Luckily the manager said the receptionist should have checked the form (obviously) so the receptionist coldly gave me a refund. I recommend you go somewhere which has a more welcoming environment and atmosphere.
I am really pleased with the care and attention I have received at this dentist. Pavan, my dentist here, has been very caring and professional throughout my course of treatment, especially with the COVID restrictions that are in place, During my course of treatment which included root canal , an extraction and crown replacement, she has taken the time to explain each step carefully and then carry it out with a high degree of expertise. She is also one of the most gentle dentists I have come across.
Ameen is the very best dentist I've experienced in 40 years plus. He provides excellent, gentle care and communicates brilliantly so there are no hidden surprises. I highly recommend you visit. No pain no gain!
