   A big thank you to Michelle the receptionist for making my first experience at this new choosen branch so comforting from start to finish. I am a very nervous patient in my mid 50's, who had not been to the dentist prior to covid, so I was filled with anxiety. From my first call on the phone to enrol as a new patient to attending my first appointment today I couldn't of asked for a nicer person to reassure me and put me at ease. Needless to say I will be returning. Truly recommend as the dentist Mrs Patel was patient, kind and caring as well, giving me all the time I needed as was the dental nurse. A truly fabulous team I feel very lucky to have found this practice.

   This dentist practise is the best ive been to. The receptionist so welcoming not shy to have a chat such warm welcoming receptionists. Shefail pandit- an amazing dentist I wouldn't go anywhere else. I get very nervous of Dentist but Shefail has helped those nerves. Explains everything she is doing. My dentist, Alaha Bakhtiar, is wonderful—always friendly, informative, and highly skilled.    Absolutely useless staff cannot get hold of the reception ever and when you do they are rude and don't know how to do they're jobs. Dentists are good but reception staff is poor and needs to be sorted out. Everyone behind that desk should be sacked.

   They are the best!! I got appointment next day. The team is very friendly and they can translate to many languages which is really great in the UK. Thats obvious the doctor has a huge experience, she saved the unsaveable teeth and made my smile as beautiful as Julia's at reception. I only can recommend this practice.

   Particular heartfelt compliments to Dr Shefali Pandit for her excellent clinical and communication skills and for the urgent and timely intervention she provided for my acute dental emergency. She explained my dental problems and the treatment options so well. Also, Juliana is so friendly and caring. All the staff are absolutely wonderful, very welcoming, very warm and caring. All are very hard working, treating patients daily even through their lunch breaks, and will still have a broad smile and an untiring positive approach towards patient care. I cannot compliment them enough! I feel fortunate to be a patient of this practice. Mahesh
