I'm very happy that this treatment is available locally, saving me the hassle and expense of travelling to a central London salon. Ricky is the most attentive dentist I have ever visited! I had struggled to find a dentist who truly understood the issues I was experiencing with a specific tooth - until I met Ricky. He took the time to talk through a clear plan and explained everything in a way that made me feel completely comfortable with the next steps. He even went above and beyond to fit me into his busy schedule to ease the pain I was experiencing. Ever since, I’ve trusted Ricky with any dental issues that arise. All the staff at Rickmansworth Clinic do a superb job. From being welcomed by the reception through to my appointments with Dentist Ricky and Hygienist Shilpa. I'm a nervous patient due to a dentist in my childhood. But I'm at ease when visit the clinic because everything and everyone is friendly as well as professional. There is a calm atmosphere and you're not rushed in or out.
Despite being a terribly nervous dental patient I had the best experience possible for my check up yesterday. Ricky was kind and patient and explained everything with clarity and calmness. This is just what I need. The check up was thorough and I felt that I was in safe hands - I even began to relax (and if you knew me you’d understand just what a big deal this is especially when meeting a new dentist for the first time) I haven’t had any work done here yet but I would feel confident with Ricky. My partner has had a tooth extracted here and said it was done in a very professional manner with no problems at all. We would both recommend Ricky from this practice. Lovely efficient receptionists and a great dentist service and team. Dr Ricky is especially good at making you feel comfortable and confident that you are in good hands. And having had my teeth cleaned by Shilpa for a number of years now I can honestly say it is the most thorough and pleasant experience. Never thought I would actually look forward to it!
Very attentive from beginning to end. Sav and team are perfectionists and ensure that you are only finished when your teeth look the best they can be. They explain every step so there are no surprises. Be patient as the treatment can take a long time - mine was 12 months all in, but it’s worth it and I feel so much more confident. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve the look of their teeth.
