   After breaking a tooth over lunch, I was fairly convinced my Christmas dinner enjoyment was about to be cancelled before it even started. Panic set in, visions of mashed potatoes only, etc. Thankfully, one phone call to New Road Dental Surgery changed everything. I spoke with the brilliant Annie, who was calm, kind, and clearly works some kind of dental magic because she managed to fit me in just 20 minutes later. Crisis mode instantly downgraded. I was then looked after promptly and professionally by Jinita and her assistant, who were fantastic throughout and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely under control. The care was excellent, the reassurance constant, and my fractured tooth didn’t stand a chance. Amazingly, within an hour and a half of realising I’d broken my tooth, New Road Dental Surgery had me fully sorted and Christmas dinner firmly back on the menu. Huge thanks to Annie, Jinita, and her assistant for such outstanding, efficient, and genuinely caring service. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough tooth saved, Christmas saved, panic over.    I have been a patient at New Road for many years, this year I decided to improve my smile with Invisalign and some composite bonding. I was worried I may end up with a fake looking 'Hollywood Smile' but after 6 months the results are incredible, I am delighted with how my teeth look - Kiran and the team have been absolutely amazing, always attentive and re-assuring throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend New Road for cosmetic work as well as dentistry.

   Just joined this dentist after hearing great reviews from friends. I’ve had a fab experience so far. Great check up and hygienist is honest and does a great job. I haven’t got a before pic but this pic is after I’ve had a clean with the hygienist. I was booked in for a powder stain removing treatment but she was honest and said I wouldn’t be able to tolerate it with my sensitive gums (I’m a wimp and I never floss) very thankful for her honesty. Also coming back for Invisalign in December. Can’t wait! Excuse my wonky teeth pic!

   On Saturday morning I had unbearable toothache so was trying to contact an emergency dentist (my regular dentist is closed weekends) & New Road Dental were the first to answer. Annie was so kind & helpful as having difficulty speaking & she reassured me that the dentist, Paaras, I'd be seeing was "a lovely chap" & would be able to relieve the pain. And indeed he was; & patient too while I told him the problem & history. He explained what he was going to do & while treating me told me what to expect in terms of pain & asking me if ok. He and his assistant made me feel comfortable during the treatment which was excellent and I left there very happy. I would definitely go back there again & recommend them to anyone.

   New Road Dental are hands down the best dental practice I have been to. I had some cosmetic work done to repair some teeth damaged in childhood. Wish I had found Jinita earlier, incredibly professional, took me through the whole process in detail and felt confident of the outcome. I am exceptionally pleased with the results!!! Also want to shout out to the Hygienist whose name I can't remember but was excellent too.

   Well I have had experience of quite a few dentists in the local area and never felt comfortable with any of them, until I went to New Rd, from Victoria on reception to the ease of making an appointment. Jinita and her team are absolutely fantastic and I’m not the best patient to deal with. I was made to feel part of the family from day one so much so I even took my 85 year old mum who has dementia to see them to get a new set of dentures, everything they do they do with pride and compassion and I am proud to say they are the best team in the business. Thank you so much for looking after me. Highly recommended
