   My daughter had two teeth extracted under sedation today, by Dr Sophie Clarke and her wonderful team, the experience couldn't have been better. All the staff (reception and medical team) were friendly and professional, putting my daughter (and me) at ease. The procedure was explained thoroughly at every step and was efficient and expertly carried out. Thanks so much to all at Chartwell Dental!

   My wife Ceyda had to get a tooth removed today and she was absolutely terrified — she even broke down crying before the treatment started. The team here were incredible. The women looking after her were so patient, gentle, and reassuring. They didn’t rush her at all, made her feel completely safe, and talked her through every step. The procedure itself was done perfectly, and my wife left feeling relieved and genuinely grateful. Thank you to the whole team for turning such a stressful moment into a positive experience. Truly outstanding care.

   They removed my 8 year olds tooth. As a parent I was very apprehensive. They were absolutely wonderful, quick and kept everything really upbeat for my daughter. She was offered choice of flavours for gas and air which she enjoyed and everyone was very clear throughout the entire process. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

   I just wanted to say how pleasant you made mums dental visit last Friday. All the staff we met receptionists, dentist and dental Nurse were all excellent. Mums appointment was changed at the last minute and the receptionist thanked me for making this change which I very much appreciated. I thought all the staff were very caring and thoughtful. Mums extraction was done very quickly and with very little pain for Mum. Dr Christian Lalli explained everything very well and the dental Nurse was very caring.

   Went today for a tooth extraction. Very anxious at the beginning but the two dental surgeons were fabulous! Talked me through everything. The procedure its self was very quick and painless! Tooth was out within 20 seconds after local anaesthetic. Such a great job. Thank you. Highly recommend.

   I was referred here by my dentist for my wisdom teeth extraction (2 teeth). I was sedated and numbed up - I honestly do not remember a thing and i went in EXTREMELY nervous to the point i was going to cancel the appointment in the morning as i was that scared. I have never been to a dental practice that have reassured me and looked after me so well. It was completely pain free (apart from the typical teeth extraction after pain). Dr Sophie and the nurse were fabulous - talking to me throughout, explained everything and the nurse was even singing away. such a comfortable experience - i would not hesitate to come back again. Any patient is lucky to have this level of care and service.

   I took my partner today, who is a very nervous patient, for sedation & root extractions. Receptionists were warm & welcoming when we checked in & helpful. The anesthetist was lovely, very re-assuring putting my partner at ease with her lovely, kind manner. The whole procedure went smoothly & virtually pain free, with the dentist & anesthetist reassuring my partner throughout. He was monitored & checked in recovery & only let home once they were sure he was ok to do so. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of him throughout, would highly recommend.
