Our dentist is Paul Raj Oliver. We have been seeing him for a number of years now and are really pleased. He always listens to any concerns and advises us without any pressure. He is kind and caring when having any treatment. We are very happy with the service at the practice.
I recently had to have crown and filling at Chrysalis. The work was carried out by Dr Krushan Lad. Knowing im a bit squeemish, he put me at ease, explaining the whole process ahead clearly honestly. During the procedure, he was calm and caring , stopping whenever i required a breather, making the whole experience easier for me to deal with. I am very pleased with the work done and would thoroughly recommend Dr Lad
I have been undergoing aligner treatment with Dr Jayna Patel for the last two years and cannot recommend her enough. She is so warm and friendly and explained everything thoroughly before and during my treatment. Nothing was too much trouble for her and it was clear that she wanted me to have the best outcome as she tweaked my treatment a couple of times over those two years until I was completely happy. Like always, we visited our regular dental clinic and met our new dentist, Dr. Ria Patel. She also looked after my daughter Neeti. Though newly qualified, we were extremely impressed with her professionalism and gentle care. She examined our teeth thoroughly and gave a very good cleaning. Had a chipped composite tooth and my son’s wedding in 72 hours! Rang for an emergency appointment and was fitted in quickly effortlessly and dealt with in a friendly and compassionate manner! Appointment went well and issues rectified without any problems. Have been a patient of this practice for more than 35 years and happy to remain under their care and supervision
EXCELLENT! I had a lovely experience at this dentist, being someone who is scared of the dentist, the reception team made me feel so welcome, Dr Minesh Patel made me at ease and was very helpful. When I came back for a second visit to have treatment Dr Sophie Phillips was lovely and warming and helped me through the pain and sorted my tooth right out. I had another emergency where Dr Kalpana Patel sorted my tooth right out! My fear of the dentist has definitely gone as the reception team made me feel so comfortable which made me feel welcome and I’m no longer afraid! Would highly recommend this dentist. I had a bone graft and implant procedure with complex issues and Dr Manish was brilliant in helping me through every stage of the process. I am very delighted by the results and my new teeth. The results are life-changing and I can now eat and smile without having to worry.
As a new patient, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and service at this busy practice. The friendly well equipped dental team go the extra mile to ensure the client is happy with the results. Small wait sometimes as they try to see any clients in pain the same day. Will certainly be returning hopefully for many years to come.
Have been a customer for a few years and to be fair I have received a good level of dental treatment, but recently the service offered has dropped. I have had my last appointments cancelled without explanation and on my last visit waited over 45 minutes before I had to leave without treatment. Hopefully this is a one off
I recommend this dental practice as a patient who has attended the Watford surgery for over 20 years. Minesh Patel and his team are highly professional and the staff are very well trained.
