   Review for Dr Ghandi and Team – Watford Dental Clinic I have been very impressed with Dr Ghandi and his team at Watford Dental Clinic. They are always polite, friendly, and welcoming, which helps make every visit comfortable. Dr Ghandi is extremely thorough and careful in his work, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring that I feel at ease throughout each appointment. I would highly recommend Dr Ghandi and his team to anyone looking for excellent dental care in a professional and caring environment.

   I drove all the way from Nottingham to see Dr. Dar after my sister recommended her as the best, and she truly is! Dr. Dar was incredibly professional, took the time to go through my full medical history in detail, and explained all my options clearly in simple, non-clinical terms so I could easily understand everything. She’s genuinely amazing, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. l

   Reception manger Sapphire is the rudest person I have ever spoken to she really let’s the whole Watford dental team down. Compared me to other patients with disability’s saying if they can do then I should be able to also asked ‘what my disability had to do with it’ Shouted at me on the phone, over spoke me, treated me like I was not worth her time to the point I ended up crying on the phone and all she did was laugh … this all happened on a recorded phone call. When I asked to make a complaint, the only person I was allowed to complain to he was self She would not let me speak to anyone else and denied me Access to email address of the head of the practice as she’s the manager. I am still escalating this with DCS. If you have a disability or want to be treated like a decent human, avoid Watford dental practice! I’ve now joined an amazing dental practice in St Albans (st Albans dental clinic) Highly recommend it to anyone. The staff are so wonderful!

   Very poor. I was stuck in pouring rain and ten minutes late for a pre paid private appointment. When I tried to call they had shut 30 minutes early for lunch and had closed phone lines. very disappointed with the practice manager telling me I was making an excuse and she was entitled to a 1.5 hour lunch break. This also means that a scale and polish is a ten minute appt for 70£. I’m a doctor and always go out of my way to fit in patients when they are late.

   Had a really nice experience today at Watford Dental Practice. I am always anxious to visit the dentist and I was on this occasion too. However from the moment I was called in I was made to feel relaxed. The dentist explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on. The dentist was very gentle and I can honestly say the whole appointment was much better than I anticipated. I have recently changed to this dental practice and whole heartedly recommend them.

   Always a wonderful experience with Watford dental practice. The receptionist staff are always helpful and friendly. I’ve just finished Invisalign treatment with Roshni who has been incredible. I’ll almost be sad to not be going back aside from for check ups! Very happy with everything from start to finish and would always recommend.

   Visiting Watford Dental practice was a great experience for me and my sister, we travelled 2hours to been seen at this dentist and it did not disappoint. I was called in early for my appointment as I arrived early. To my delight the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I had a fantastic clean and check up and some brilliant advice was given. Sapphire and Roshni were particularly helpful and I would like to thank them for their amazing service.

   Horrible receptionist. I went there once, because I assume I got an infection that was given antibiotics, it became better after finished dose, but I could still feel pain left and now it's coming again. I booked an appointment with the same doctor, but it got CANCELLED by them. Now I feel horrible pain and I need immediate treatment, and of course they are not able to do that. But when I called and told them that for temporary I could go somewhere else because it is an emergency, the receptionist rudely told me that she is going to put me off the list from their patient. OKAY BYE!
