Rahul Savjani provided a great initial assessment and excellent dental care. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. The procedures were explained clearly and carried out with great attention to detail. Highly recommend.
I saw dentist Shani Mehta today at very short notice. She immediately put me at ease with her friendly greeting and warm personality. She was very thorough and informative. I’m not sure the service I received could be improved upon. The reception staff were lovely. I highly recommend this dentist, thank you. After this appointment it was suggested to me that I should have a consultation with Sunil the implantologist. I was told that the consultation was free of charge but that I would have to pay £25 refundable deposit to ensure I kept my appointment. I had the consultation which was excellent and was asked by Sunil to provide the make and size of my implants. However, when I went to reception, not only was I not offered my deposit back but I was told I had to pay £50 for this consultation. I reminded the coordinator what I had previously been told about this being free but she just kept saying I had to pay more. She said they now had to do some research and that’s why I had to pay £50 but this was completely incorrect because the only research was being done by me, not them. I couldn’t believe it. She was rude and obstructive but eventually refunded my deposit because other patients were hearing this conversation and this was obviously a concern to all patients that they’re telling us one thing but doing another in terms of cost. It was clear that she expected me to shut up, pay up and leave. She angrily gave me my refund and told me that I would not be receiving any more treatment. So be warned that the price you’re given for treatment will be changed at a whim and if, like me, you refuse to pay then you will be treated very disrespectfully!
Where do I start, most welcoming and efficient practice I have ever visited. New to the area and recently registered. From booking to resolving a query on app, (my error) the most polite, helpful and courteous reception staff ever. A booking app that works well and a dentist (Damien) who explained everything in full detail, future possible treatments, and great advice too. Add into that, a genuinely nice guy as were his female assistants! No hard sell, just advice. First time I have ever actually enjoyed a dentist trip!!! Great service, with a smile! Everyone in the practice I saw today is a true credit to the business! Exceptional!
Such a fab dentist - very easy to make and reschedule appointments. Zeenali is so lovely and thorough and really makes you feel at ease when examining you. I brought my 20 month son have his check up and even though he was scared, she was so fabulous with him. Could not recommend this dentist surgery and Zeenali enough!

I’ve had quite a bit of extensive dental work done, and throughout the whole process, her compassion, patience, and gentle bedside manner have made all the difference. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease, no matter how nervous you might be. A special mention also goes to Mary, her wonderful nurse, who is just as kind and reassuring — they make a fantastic team. I truly feel looked after every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Zee and her team to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients.
As a life-long ‘anxious patient’ (due to antiquated procedures suffered as a child), I had not been anywhere near a dentist for at least twenty years, resulting in serious tooth loss. It therefore became a matter of some urgency to have treatment; I chose Bushey Dental Surgery due to its proximity to my home address and I have to say that the kindness I was shown by all staff members during a very lengthy course of treatment was second to none! I can thoroughly recommend this Dental Practice to anyone who has experienced similar issues. Thank you so much to all concerned.
Amazing experience, I also won the competition for October free give away which I was amazed about as I never win any competition. The service was on point and Megan the hygienist made me feel comfortable and got my teeth sparkling again. Highly recommend the dental practice. Also had a warm welcome from the reception manager Chelsea Young who had a lovely smile too.
I've just completed my Invisalign treatment. It's taken about a year all-in with a few adjustments and tweaks along the way. I'm really happy with the results. The Bushey Dental Surgery team have been really great throughout, explaining the steps as the process developed. I'd say that it took longer than I'd expected / hoped for, but equally, the final results have been better than I'd imagined. When I first started the treatment, I'd recently noticed that I'd become increasingly self-conscious about my teeth - particularly my overlapping front tooth. I'd stopped smiling for photos, or in meetings. That was the catalyst for me starting Invisalign and 1 year later, I'm much more confident and happier - great results. Thanks again for all your work sorting my teeth!
Great staff and only dental practice that gave us appointments in good time. Dentists were friendly and very calming. They explained the procedures being down as that would have to be done. Very happy with the professionalism and service we received. Parking is available nearby as this practice is on the main high street.
I had my first hygienist appointment with Megan recently. She greeted me warmly and I was made to feel instantly at ease. Megan went through my medical history for any updates. I told her about a new diagnosis which was added and to which she showed much empathy and understanding. Throughout the check-up, Megan explained what she was doing and expressed patience by stopping to ask if I was ok. I finished my treatment with brilliantly clean teeth, having had a first-class service by Megan, who was friendly, efficient, enthusiastic and highly professional.
