   The dentists and hygienists provide excellent clinical care and are professional and friendly. However, the administrative side could use improvement. Appointments rescheduled over the phone are not always updated in the system. For example, in October 2025, my appointment was moved via phone, but when I arrived on the new date and time, I was told no booking existed. The team kindly accommodated me the next day, but it was inconvenient. I also witnessed a similar situation with another patient the following day. If you need an itemised receipt for insurance purposes, be prepared for multiple follow-ups. While the reception staff eventually provide invoices via email, they rarely send them proactively. In my case, obtaining an itemised invoice was challenging—the response was dismissive, suggesting my insurer should “know” the treatment based on the fee, which is not always sufficient for claims. Overall, great dental care, but administrative processes need more consistency and responsiveness.

   Have been using Courtyard dental practice for several years and I wouldn’t use any other dentist. The team who provide current maternity cover are easily as good as my regular dentist, in fact the last appointment was the best I’d had, if there is such a thing as a ‘best’ visit to a dentist! No pain during the treatment, informative and asked me how much I wanted to be told there we’re doing and when at the various stages of the treatment.

   Swift booking process with informative sessions. Speaking without medical jargon which makes understanding things a lot easier . Compassionate about my concerns and always looking for the best option for treatment. Not overpriced and a very clean atmosphere throughout. Would definitely recommend others to use .
