   I visited the surgery for my second session yesterday (02-12-25). I was very impressed with the service from the friendly staff. Meera explained everything in detail and the options available. It has taken a long time to be able to join this surgery's list but I feel the wait was worthwhile. I have resolved to attend more regularly in future. So, thank you for the excellent service.

   I have been a patient at Chigwell Smile dental surgery for over three years now and have always had a positive experience with them. Both Alan and Nik are exceptional, knowledgeable and super gentle. I have had a fair amount of work done here, swapping old silver fillings for white ones. The new hygienist is very caring also, my teeth are sparkling white again!

   Dr Nick was great. He explained everything in detail. Had an excellent chair side manor with mum who has dementia. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use Chigwell smile as my dentist. Thoroughly recommend.

   I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Tejal the oral surgeon at Chigwell Smile on Monday evening. I must say that I was not looking forward to the experience, but she put me at ease straight away laughing and joking whilst relaying certain stories to me, which allowed me to relax prior to the procedure. She very skilfully extracted my wisdom tooth in less than 2 minutes after injection the area. I can only thank her most sincerely for her so called “ bedside manner” and I left the practice in a very good mood thanks to her. I would also like to thank the receptionist Mimi for her care and attention in arranging this procedure. Also, I would like to thank my normal dentist Meera and the hygienist for their care and attention. I have been a patient of the Chigwell Smile practice for nearly 30 years and would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice to anyone.

   Exceptional service, for a recent painless wisdom tooth extraction. Excellent guidance and support. I have been using Chigwell Smile for a couple of years now after my wife recommended them.    I have known the team at Chigwell Smile for many years. The practice is spotless and well organised, and my family have always been treated incredibly kindly. The dentist - Alan has always shown incredible patience with our children (and at times me!). Treatment has been top-notch and I feel I have been very well advised.

   Dentist 5 stars. Reception 0 stars. A couple weeks ago i had an appointment with the Dentist. Polite, professional, Great. Lady at the front desk has really bad issues. Tremendously rude beyond explanation. You must give a good training of manners to your staff. She treat People like She is doing a favour to you. Her attitude was horrible when i asked her to check if there is an earlier appointment, cause the next available appointment was 2 months ahead. And her answer was shush!!!!!! While She was checking the appointments!!!!! What can i say for this type of attitude????? Unfortunately i moved to another Clinic that they respect and know how to treat People. Thank you
