very easy to order ,as I had to leave it halfway through ,and go back to it next day,was very easy to find where I was up to to finish the order due to an email from office furniture direct
I received my order which was well packed very promptly. Having used the laptop stand I can strongly recommend it. The stand is light, easily adjustable and enables the laptop to be positioned comfortably. Very satisfied.

I have wanted some nice cupboards and saw the good reviews & although I wanted two I only purchased one as I wanted to see the quality. The ordering was easy & I was kept upto date.The delivery was excellent as I was kept upto date on when my cupboard would be delivered by the delivery company. On opening the packages the instructions looked a bit daunting but I went through them meticulously and the cupboard was put together easily. The quality is above expectations & very sturdy. I'm so pleased with I've now ordered another one
Ordered the wrong size desk by mistake but the rep cancelled the order for me over the phone and I reordered using correct size.

We ordered an office chair it arrived and we could not assemble it due to a misalignment We called them back and arranged a collection for a refund as we wasn't able to assemble it. Claire and her team were brilliant in organizing this for us. They took care of everything. Great customer service. It's a shame the chair didn't meet our needs and didn't go together but otherwise can't fault them. These things happen.
The website is very easy to navigate and the stock variety is enormous. Ordering and paying was simple and quick. Very impressed and will place this company on my preferred list.
