So happy to have found this dentist practice! Everyone there is very welcoming and friendly, and the service is top notch :) Dr Leigh-Ann does such a thorough job of explaining everything that's going on with my teeth so I'm on the same page. The hygienists are equally as good and leave you with a bright smile :D
Jonathan and his team are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Visited today with the beginnings of toothache - a crack in the tooth was found to be the cause and a 'treatment' plan was proposed, discussed and agreed. Jonathan engages with his patients in a very inclusive way - explains clearly what's 'going on' and treatment options - to come to an agreed way forward. And he is careful and gentle when actually working on my teeth. Great dentist!!!
I was approaching different Dentist who can re-fix my dental crown which was out for two weeks. Some told me high fees, some pushing me to go for emergency appointment and some told to me to see Dentist first after paying consultation fees and Doc will decide how to proceed. Karen from JL Dental care, not only told me the correct and reasonable fees but also arranged a slot for me to see Dr Leigh Ann Elias. She was very quick in responding calls and emails. DR Leigh was very professional and without misguiding, done all small adjustment which is required to fix the same crown in no time. Reasonable, Trustworthy and Professional. Highly Recommended.
Jonathan is the most amazing dentist! I’ve been going to him for 29 years and he’s always so friendly, gentle and welcoming every time I see him. I have never been scared or nervous about going to the dentist and that’s all thanks to Jonathan! I would highly recommend this practice and the team! X
J L Dental Care - been going to them for many years. Everyone, from the receptionist to the hygienist to my dentist Jonathan are so lovely and incredibly professional.
I get seen by Leigh-Ann and she is the only dentist who has ever put me at ease. She was recommended to me by my neurologist because she understands nervous patients with complicated facial pain. Basically I asked for the best of the best and he didn’t hesitate to say her name. She has just treated me for an emergency tooth repair and I can confirm that she is in fact the best of the best. Kind, compassionate and really really knows what she’s doing. She also lets you watch films while she’s drilling your teeth which is a great way to not feel scared.
I wanted to see the hygienist and was told that there was a fairly long wait to be seen but I could go on the ‘cancellation list’. Later that morning I receive a call from Reception offering me an appointment the very next day. The hygienist, Mariam, was superb and gentle. No discomfort. Fantastic service! I was so pleased that a took out a dental contract and booked another appointment for the dentist followed by the hygienist in six months time.
Jonathan and the hygienists looked after us professionally as they always do. There's always a warm friendly welcome from the receptionist and that level of service remains throughout. I'd thoroughly recommend Jonathan and his team.
Yesterday I broke a front tooth - distressing and unattractive. Karen squeezed me into Jonathan’s busy schedule where my tooth was patched up and a speedy plan made to rectify the problem permanently. The care and generosity of time (I’m guessing no lunch for Mr Lever) was truly above and beyond and I am very grateful and appreciative. My husband and I have been with Jonathan’s Dental Practice for many years. His work is exemplary and and his staff are delightful and professional.
