   I have been registered with this practice for many years, and since my previous dentist left, the quality of care has declined dramatically. I was referred for treatment four months ago, yet when I contacted the triage team few days ago as I received no update, they confirmed they had never received any referral from the practice. In other words, I have been waiting in pain for four months for a referral that was never even sent. When I raised this with the dentist, I was told nothing more could be done and that the only way forward was—ironically—the referral that wasn’t sent in the first place. After repeatedly contacting both the practice and triage myself, the referral was finally sent today. This delay is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of responsibility toward patients. Is this how all patients are treated here? I work within the NHS, so I am fully aware of the standards of patient care that should be upheld. This experience falls far below that, and I will be escalating the issue further.

   I really had a disappointing experience with surgery @102 ltd when I call to make an appointment they tell me you come any time to check up with £40 charge.but after i say i have a nhs patient they tell me you need to wait for 6 months. Why they doing like this Is that why we pay taxes to the government?

   Great friendly helpful staff. I had a checkup, a clean and a procedure. Each time the staff were brilliant. Explained everything well and carried out work well to the extent that I didn't feel a thing. My family have been to this practice for years and I could not recommend it more.

   Its a very nice GP with professional dentist and hygienist, Dr Nishi and Dr Ali who treated me were very professional and kind spoken, However NHS registration waiting list is too long and get nhs appointments is also a long wait , but if you dont mind private treatment then its nice.

   The dentists here are the kindest, gentlest dentists I've ever been too. I have immense fear of going to the dentists, and the staff really take note of it and do their best to reassure me. Unlike other London dentists, they don't push expensive unnecessary procedures onto you, and are happy to have NHS patients. I tend to pay for NHS checkup plus a small extra private charge for cleaning and polishing. They also don't insist on seeing you every 6 months like some dentists who just want to milk the most money can from you. Overall - absolutely amazing staff. The most up to date modern equipment. And polite and friendly receptionists and nurses.

   Dr. Serena is highly professional, very skilled and has outstanding mannerism. I took my mother to see her and she truly went above and beyond and deliver a great service. We both felt very comfortable and safe in her presence, and under her care. My family and I will use her as our primary dentist from now on. She is truly one in a million, I wish I can give more than 5 stars because she deserves more. Thank you very much!
