Really frustrated with the service and wait times. My son was referred through his dentist in December 2024, we were told it was a 9-12 month wait to be seen. Next week it will be 12 months and now we are being told it is 12-18 month wait. There was no email sent to share this information. Really poor customer service.
The most incredible experience over 2 yrs attending this orthodontic practice. The lovely Louisa & Carina on reception / phones are so professional and eased my every worry/concern. Chandi and her assistant plus the maternity cover were just out of this world. Sad the process is over but incredible teeth and experience Thankyou all ladies x
My son has just had his braces removed after 16 months. He is delighted with the result. Miss Chandon Patel was very professional yet dealt with my son in a sympathetic and respectful way and always took his view into account. If you are debating about the cost you can pay monthly and the result is worth it to see a smile on a grateful teenager. The reception staff are also lovely, friendly and welcoming.
Seen by Dr C Patel for my 14 year old son’s braces. She was professional and had great patient skills. The reception team were lovely and friendly.
Great experience. My daughter had her braces in for about 14 months. We have seen Chandni the orthodontist almost every 6 weeks and my daughter was very happy with how it all progressed. Taken a picture after they have been taken off.

My daughter was seen for a course of treatment. The care and treatment by her orthodontist and practice team was exemplary. The care being offered was clearly explained and discussed throughout. The course was only completed when desired outcome achieved. We were very pleased with the outcome!
Been looking to do my Invisalign treatment for a while till I came across the team at Angle House. Louiza helped me from the get go and was very informative when explaining how the treatment worked. My treatment doctor was Chandni and I can not thank her enough for being an absolute perfectionist in what she does. Really happy with the treatment for my daughter. She had fixed braces for approx a year and a half. The appointment process was very efficient and always on time. Dr Izadi is a fantastic orthodontist, treating her with such care and attention.
