   I went with the private clinic back in 2018 for breast augmentation surgery, under Dr Olu. The service i received was amazing, it was my first (and only) cosmetic procedure and I felt I was in good hands. All the staff were very professional and guided me through my options, the procedure and recovery. My surgery was conducted at Spire in Doncaster and I was thrilled with the standard. Dr Olu kept in regular contact throughout my recovery period, which made me feel safe and reassured. I wanted a natural looking transformation and I wasn't disappointed, since the surgery I have had so many compliments and most people are surprised to hear of my surgery as they look so natural. I'd 100% recommend based on my experience

   Attended this clinic during the COVID period regarding a concern I had that I felt most likely required surgical correction. Initial consultation was perfectly fine and after an assessment was offered a procedure that would correct or improve my concern. The day of the procedure was fairly straight forward. However, I knew quickly post operatively that the procedure had not addressed my original concern. I was given a period to heal and a revision surgery was agreed. Again, unfortunately, this did not result in addressing my original concern. This was raised with the clinic and at this stage I was then offered 2-3 other procedures at further cost which were not mentioned initially as part of the assessment. As you would imagine I was not particularly impressed with this particularly if it was felt that the original procedure was not going to address my concern when first attending. I was then contacted preemptively by the clinic manager who was going to address my complaint (a complaint that hadn’t even been formally written or made which was highly suspicious!) Unsurprisingly the complaint went nowhere and interestingly the outcome was that I had requested this specific procedure! I wrote two further letters to the complaints department (which was the process at the time) without a reply to either, a further failure of due process. I would suggest be very clear in your consultation, ask lots of questions about whether this procedure has been done/results previously and also what are your options if the procedure results aren’t quite what you expect. Unfortunately I have been left with a result cosmetically worse than before attending this clinic. Lesson learned.

   I went to the private clinic for a procedure due to its reputation. The procedure didn’t exactly go to plan so i went back to the clinic to get the matter resolved. After a consultation with the same surgeon who was happy and confident to correct what had been done i was told they would be contacting me to set a date for the surgery. The next day i was emailed saying the surgeon is leaving the clinic therefor would not be able to do the surgery and that i had to come in for another consultation with a different surgeon. The new surgeon said she would not be confident to take the procedure on, this been the case i was told by the management that they would contact my original surgeon to organise having the procedure done. As time went by i had to chase them up for an update, I received a very frosty email to say the least, explaining that they would not be putting me in contact with my original surgeon and that i would now need to go to London (i live in Leeds and had been going to the Leeds clinic to this point) for ANOTHER consultation with ANOTHER surgeon. After been made to feel like i was a burden instead of a customer who paid good money, told one thing in person but something completely different over email numerous times, i decided to contact the original surgeon myself. I would rather pay for the surgery again at his new clinic than keep having my time wasted by the ladies running the Leeds private clinic.

   I had a procedure with the Private Clinic mid-2021. During my whole journey with them their professionalism and communication has been superb. Everything has gone smoothly and I am extremely happy with the end result. I feel much more confident as a person. It’s also comforting knowing they are available in future should I need further support.

   My 2nd surgery for varicose veins with the Clinic was not entirely successful. I returned and felt listened to, understood and a solution found which has left me completely satisfied. This raised not lowered confidence and this level of service from Louisa and Mr Hussain is to be applauded

   I highly recommend the private clinic- Leeds. I had breast enlargement with Phillip Lim back in June 2021. I cannot thank the private clinic enough! I was looked after, cared for and reassured from start to finish. I’m glad i chose here for my surgery which- a year on- I’m still happy with my results! 5* Thankyou all :)

   I had varicose vein surgery last year and have had no problems. I am currently having treatment for thread veins at the clinic. It is very straight forward to get a consultation and you are offered numerous times and dates for surgery. Very pleasant staff and will definitely be using again for other treatments.

   After four years of contemplating and deciding whether to have a Hair Transplant or not, I decided to go through with it. It was the best decision that I have ever made! Staff are lovely and welcoming especially as it can be quite a nerve wrecking decision, they put my nerves at ease. As well as that, the results are amazing! I went from having a reseeding hairline to a full head of hair. Being able to go out in public and not be ashamed of how my hair looks really is a good thing. Would highly recommend this place!
