As a wheelchair user it's horrendous to get round. I'm often pulled backwards while my husband moves things. Today it was giant canvases stacked on the floor. Every aisle is blocked by something somewhere. Staff saw me, they asked if they could pass me something I replied with I want to shop myself thank you. They didn't offer to move things for me. I couldn't get to some of the things I wanted. I had to go to the checkout the wrong way.

Absolutely brilliant for my grandson. He has loved using the acrylic paints on canvas . All reasonable price so no worries if mistakes are made

Good bargains on the two for £10 range. My mum bought two paint a squishy and paint a rock for her great granddaughter for Christmas. They had lots of choice for all ages and interests.

Just come out of your crystal peaks store at 12.28 even though the staff could clearly see me at the counter waiting to pay she decides to carry on fiddling with the books this was after she'd had a conversation on the phone about some one bringing her purse from break, not a work related call, I left the goods on the cou8and left I won't be coming back

Nice to see plenty in the shelves, the shop is very crowded with stock and when you combine that with people it is difficult get round easily without a bit of a jostle but that aside it is worth a look because there are bargains to be had here, among the stationary , books or art supplies, nice shop and helpful staff

It is always worth popping into The Works as you never know what bargains you may stumble across. Whilst not stocking the latest titles, you can always find a decent range of authors in their 3 for £5 section. It isn't the biggest Works branch by any means, but always seems to be well stocked and staff are always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
