If I could give these people -0, I would! We rented a house (for 5 years) from these people who are 'friends'/involved with ANDREW HUGHES, one of the vilest grabolicious landlords you may have the displeasure of meeting. In 5 years susan visited us around 4 times, charged us £55 every 6 months to renew a shoddy tenancy agreement. The house we lived in was in a state of disrepair/cracks in the walls, leaks, damp etc. The road and neighbours were lovely, plus our sons school was nearby, hence the reason for not moving until he finished school. We had to make the most of a bad situation! We advised ah and susan of leaks and slugs that came into the property. We were fobbed off with excuses.. 6 months later the house is still empty lol! ah got his comeuppance as he's had to do extensive repairs. He's so hard up now that he was desperate to get his hands on our deposit £756 (which he did) as the Deposit Scheme did not get back to us in time!! The bottom line DO NOT RENT FROM THESE VILE MONEY GRABBING SWINES WHO LOOK DOWN THEIR NOSES AT PEOPLE WHO RENT FROM THEM. WHEN WE SAW ah AFTER 5 YEARS HIS APPEARANCE HAD DETERIORATED SO MUCH I DID NOT RECOGNISE HIM, HE'D AGED 10 YEARS AND susan LOOKED HER SAME OLD DATED LEATHER SKINNED SELF! MY ADVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
