We had a lot of estate agents round to give their ideas on how to proceed with our property which was a tricky one. Some we met were chancers, some were clearly regurgitating their learnt script, some gushed over the charm of what was very neglected 1970s decor, some talked of 'deals' they might be able to do and some were a bit too serious and lacking personality. Of them all, Charles of Harvey's stood out as the most professional by far, but also as someone who had a heart and cared very much about his business and his clients. He said he would be personally responsible for the sale, and he was. He was involved with the sale throughout and was always available and always knew exactly what was going on and dealt with any problems or queries immediately; nothing was too much trouble. He secured buyers and a price well over the asking was attained. He has a calm, capable and reassuring manner. As the whole process ran so smoothly, from our viewpoint anyway, I can't really say much about the rest of the Harvey's team except that I have no doubt that they will work to the same standard as Charles himself. Charles was also able to help us find a solicitor and house clearance companies who I would recommend. Essentially, he sold an unusual property for a very good price without any doubts or worries on our part. I would firmly recommend Harvey's and if I had another property in the area to sell I would not consider any other agent.

Excellent all round service from Harveys. From the day we put our house on the market to completion was a speedy 9 week process.
