Unbelievable the way my property was handed back to me is totally unacceptable. To me it looks clear that nobody has been to inspect this property in a very long time all the internal doors are going to need replacement the front door is so badly damaged it’s going to need to be replaced the carpets are missing the floors have had dogs what can one be described as run wild on. The bathroom sink is smashed the boxing around the central heating boiler is missing the house now needs a complete top to bottom redecoration tiles around the fireplace smashed, six electrical sockets smashed , the rubbish in the garden inc nappies was just unbelievable smashed garden gate. The cost to get this property back to the condition it was at the start of the tenancy is well in excess of £8.5 k. I feel the management costs I have paid every month over the last few years have not been worth it whatsoever, and I would strongly recommend not to use this agencey ever again and if anyone asked me what I thought I would say totally unprofessional and don’t deserve to be in business. They have given no explanation for the poor service and have refused to meet with us to resolve our concerns.
