   DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HOUSE. NIGHTMARE. Seriously, save yourself. I wish someone had warned me about Dwellings. Let me tell you about the circus that showed up at our door. First off, they just... came. We'd talked about maybe doing some work, but that was it. No no date on a calendar, no "okay, let's sign this." Nothing. Then one morning, boom, there's a bang on the door and a bunch of blokes standing there like, "We're here for the job." I was still in my dressing gown! When I said we hadn't agreed to anything, they just kinda shrugged and said the boss sent them. Unbelievable. And then the mess started. They didn't just work on the one wall we talked about. It was like they had to touch everything. My house looks like a bomb hit it. They shoved all our stuff into a pile in the middle of the room, my sofa is scuffed, wardrobes bent and everything recklessly thrown in the middle without any prior warning or planning. They turned the whole place upside down for no good reason. I feel like a stranger in my own home, has taken us DAYS to piece things together again. But the DUST. OH MY GOD, THE DUST. It's in everything. I'm talking a fine, white powder over every single thing I own. My TV, my books, inside the fridge, I swear. And the plasterboard chunks! They're everywhere! Little white crumbs and bits ground into the carpet. They didn't even try to contain it. Just cut stuff up and let the pieces fall where they may and then moved some of the larger furniture back over it. It's disgusting, an absolute disregard for someone's home and property. They were just so... useless. No plan, no care, nothing. Left their rubbish everywhere, mucky boots on the light carpet, arguing with each other. Just a total lack of respect for us and our place. Honestly, it's the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Ever. If you value your home and your sanity, run a mile the other way. A complete and utter joke.

   Extremely unprofessional and lacks common sense… shows up to door without appointment and the workers are astonished when no one is home to open the door for them. Unfortunately this is a regular occurrence. Hardly ever respond to messages. Very disappointing

   Absolutely, disgusting organisation. They buy up properties in the local area and turn them into HMOs. They purposefully put in unruly tenants to drive out the local residents. They are no good for tenants or local residents. Avoid like the plague. If I could give minus stars I would!!!

   Had a leaking roof for 6 months of a 9 month tenancy. Dwellings couldn't sort a fix between them and the landlord. Awful.
