   My sister enquired about a property and went to see it today, only to be told that 1. The agent was late and 2. After seeing the property and wishing to start the rental process, was told that someone else had started the referencing process, so why waste people’s time and money to travel and see a property that is not available? This is not just unprofessional but something to be reported to Trading Standards as well, as these poor practices seem to be a common occurrence in Birmingham to most of the letting agencies. Not to worry, we will complain formally about every single one. Avoid at all costs.

   Absolutely wasted my time 6 weeks waiting for an answer back on a commercial property which i was very keen on taking regardless of what bid they threw at me … Just found out they given it to some one …no response… very unprofessional… don’t even bother dealing with these lot in the future

   Very satisfied with the whole process with them helping us to securing the property we are now in. It has been a very challenging few weeks for me and the family they totally understood the situation and acted with the utmost professionalism throughout. Me and the family are very happy with the chosen property. Although there are a few minor issues, Apple Property Solutions were and are straight on it to get them rectified. On behalf of my family, I would like to thank them for everything in regards to the house move. They have been fantastic all through the process.    Extremely unprofessional establishment. No notifications sent to me. I called to confirm and they didn't have me booked in on their system. Dave (proprietor) arrived late to the viewing also double booked me with another family. Don't usually comment as I know it's hard to run a business nowadays as most places are short staffed BUT Dave who owns the business seemed to be a lovely individual initially however the execution isn't quite there. Asked me to wait even after calling and confirming my timeslot to view property. I would approach with caution if dealing with anyone at Apple property solution. All the best with your future endeavours.

   I used Apple Property to let my flat, they are honestly the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. Everything was taken care of very quickly (took about 2 weeks from engaging Apple Property to finding tenants and signing). The tenants they found have been wonderful, they pay in a timely fashion and have been really accommodating with any issues. The customer service at Apple Property is absolutely excellent, I’ve never had to chase once for anything, all of the team are very polite and professional. I will definitely be using them in the future and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking.
