   I have been an visited the property an all I can say is it's disgusting. The ceilings have damp and are leaking. The floor covered in stains and the bathroom has green sludge coming from the windows. Also there are rats in the garden and the directors Parveen/ Atiq enters rooms without permission or written consent from tenants. They also then when confronted about the state of the property go on to abuse and shout at tenants and making them feel that they have done wrong. Please can someone get a pest control and environmental health in as I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

   Don't use this agency. Don't expect your deposit back. They even don't put your deposit in deposit protection scheme to make the refund even more troublesome. Avoid at all cost.
