Lived there for a few years. Had some close friends living in the same place. We definitely recommend. Safe, clean, and they deal with any issues in a matter of hours.

I have been a tenant for a number of years. I have applied and emailed countless times when there is a vacancy for a larger flat and I never get a response. I am very disappointed considering the length of time I have lived here. I am an unproblematic tenant and was hoping to rent a little longer before buying a property. Evenbrook are more than happy to receive your money on time but don’t respond or communicate at all regarding moving into another flat. Yes the maintenance team are amazing but it is safe to say that I feel undervalued as a tenant. You have hell to pay if you have a loud tenant above you as well! The sound proofing is terrible! On the positive side, the size of the studios are amazing, full bathrooms and more than enough space if you are single.
I'm very pleased with Evenbrook!! I was looking for a specific type of property and viewed a few on the complex. Lynne is a very good judge of character and knew the exactly property that would suit me and it sure does!! I absolutely love my apartment and have received many compliments on it. The processing time was very quick and easy. Moving in was also very swift and easy. I'm very happy with the management and safety of the complex. The only downside is that there are no lifts only steps which can make bringing larger items up a bit of a struggle however, it is a lovely, quiet area. I'm happy! Thank you Evenbrook
Lived here for a year previously with no issues. Applied again and they rejected me with no explanation and ignore any emails I sent after this
Ensure you have earplugs or poor hearing or are a very early starter say 4 5 am starter.. you will not get a good nights sleep or any peace and quiet in the property the sound pollution in the properties is ridiculous, struggling to get the issues addressed by landlord,
Spent 6 months here in BrownsGreen. Excellent Management company. Looks after the grounds in the estate to a high standard. Maintainance crew are quick with resolving any issues with the property. The rent is cheap but the quality of the studios and apartments are simple but modern. Plenty of parking space. Very quiet area. Felt like an hotel experience. Without the room service.
Loved the fact that it was gated. But security just let us in no questions asked who we were visiting or why we were there. No point in having gates then. Needs more lighting especially at the back. Cars just waiting at the bottom. Its quite scary with young children.
Really don't know what all the negative reviews are about. I'm very lucky to be a tenant of Evenbrook I had some bad circumstances and had nowhere to live when they quickly moved me into a beautiful new build property for a good monthly price. They were really supportive and helpful and the staff are so friendly, they even plumbed my washing machine in for free and helped me get my keys out the bin when I accidentally dropped them in there haha. Very happy tenant!
