    Great location at the east edge of Jewellery Quarter. Really convenient for most daily activities, meanwhile the quietness is preserved as long as your apartment is not on the side of Great Hampton Street. The whole apartment was built in 2007, neither very old nor new. The Property Management is contactable but the efficiency is very average. They always show some positive and helpful attitudes when being contacted, but after that they just go back to their own pace and wait for you to forget or withdraw your issues. Easier said than done. But Chris the Caretaker is helpful instead, who saved me a lot of trouble during my time living here.
