   I’ve called Enfield Smiles multiple times today about a dental emergency, and no one has answered. I’m experiencing significant tooth pain, facial swelling, and throat discomfort, which feels serious and requires urgent attention. It’s extremely frustrating not to be able to reach anyone when I need emergency dental care. I understand clinics can be busy, but timely access to urgent care is crucial in situations like this. I’m hoping the practice can improve their response times or provide guidance on the next steps for patients with emergencies.

   I was requested for Register but they said next month 1st day call since February 2025 to August 2025 still saying next month. They can say we didn't register so I can register somewhere else than this surgery.

   The people working at the reception are very rude and uninterested. I don't know who they think they are. You make an appointment and go, they keep you waiting for too long, but if you are five or 10 minutes late, they don't keep your appointment.

   Michelle the receptionist is amazing and she’s always so kind to me and my family. She is truly appreciated. My dentist is also super kind and friendly too. I unfortunately have forgotten her name but she’s the lady who is up the stairs to the right. The wait times for an appointment are long but it’s expected as a nhs practice, however I must say for an emergency appointment they are pretty accommodating. Thank you ladies xox

   While I've been with this dental practice for over a decade, I must admit that my previous treatments haven't always met the standard of excellence. However, today's treatment with Victoria was nothing short of outstanding. In my experience, Victoria has set a new benchmark for quality care. Her skill, professionalism, and caring demeanor are truly exceptional. Thank you, Victoria, for delivering the excellent treatment I've been seeking for so long.

   Whilst the dentists I've seen here are warm and friendly, I wish this practice would stop randomly changing my appointment time and keep to set appointments as close as possible, not delay the appointment by nearly 1 hour as happened on my last visit. This is not good business.

   One of the worst dental clinics in enfield. They don't disinfect after other patients, they don't respect patients, they make too many mistakes. It's so unorganised. They hardly answer telephone calls. They don't make you feel welcome and do not know how to make children feel comfortable. The main shocking thing is that they use plastic gloves and touch keybord, doors and other patients touch point areas and then stick them gloves in patients mouth! how dare they specially during covid and when other patients may also have unknow illnesses. They will make someone seriously ill. They are lucky I haven't reported them to the council or I'm taking it up with BBC or watchdog yet but i soon will if they continue unprofessional. If they don't be careful it's a matter of time before someone gets seriously ill from their unprofessional service! They don't even apologise when they are caught at fault instead they give you attitude. Find yourself a different dental clinic this one needs serious improvements also online it says taking children upto 18 years when you go there its mainly old people not really a clinic for children, lastly they dont reply too emails for days. Takes about a week to get a reply from an email absolutely disgraceful.

   My experience at this dentist was absolutely great, both receptionist is always happy and cheerful, very great organisational skills, friendly attitude and they are always able to fit me in even when they don’t have space, they somehow managed to squeeze me in, I really appreciate that, not to mention my dentist he is so lovely, I get really good advice from my dentist Ash the tall guy in the back surgery and I always leave feeling happy with my treatments. I recommend this dentist.
