Bhargavi Gali was absolutely fantastic with my hygienist clean. Friendly, welcoming and put me right at ease, checking in to see if I was okay. There was no fear at all in her care. I highly recommend her. The whole dentist as a whole is wonderful and have always wanted to join, to my joy of coming off the waiting list and receiving the best treatment. Couldn't be more happy. Thank you so much.

I have taken my otherwise fearful of the dentist adolescent children to this dental practice and was impressed on how skilful Dr Zoha was in helping them cope with their nerves while doing a first class dental job. It was the end of a working day and yet she stayed to deal with an emergency abscess. It was truly amazing to see such care and dedication. For this we are extremely grateful and would recommend this dental practice to our family and friends.

Bhagavi was highly professional during my dental hygiene appointment and also gave me an honest opinion of whether I should have composite bonding done as a result or my gum recession. Highly recommended

This practice is unprofessional and I would recommend going elsewhere. I had been a patient at Station Road for many years. Ever since the Toothclub took over this practice, it has gone downhill fast. The award is still on their website as theirs although it has nothing to do with the current practice! The practice was taken over and all staff including dentists, management, mouth hygienists and reception staff are new. It is unethical to advertise you received an award for something that you have nothing to do with. There’s a high staff turnover and the advice that was given to me was wrong. Treatment plans were wrong, the mouth hygienists unprofessional. My child almost received treatment (treatment she didn’t need, confirmed after a second option at another practice) without my consent (I was sitting in the room!) which she shouldn’t have been given due to medical reasons they knew about and they should always ask consent to an appropriate adult first anyway. Another time my child was told she could have sweets after brushing her teeth in the evening as long as she brushed them again. My tongue was cut by the mouth hygienist (that was a first) and I couldn’t eat properly for a few days. Just to name a few examples. Safe to say I ran and found another dentist that has the quality I am used to. If you care about your teeth and gum health please go somewhere else.

Have seen 2 lovely dentists here since Tooth Club took over. Today I had an emergency and Dr Jessa was so kind, understanding and gentle- she was amazing. The practice also went out of their way to accommodate me. Dr Aniruddh is also very gentle and skillful and my children and happy to see him. Thank you.

Such a bad first experience/impression! We visited the clinic for the first time today and the dentist that checked my daughter, 6yo was extremely rude and inconsiderate. The way she was speaking to me, the sarcasm she was looking at me with! My daughter got very upset as she did not have the slightest gently approach towards an young child. I openly told her that I did not like the way she was speaking to me and her overall attitude, and we were given a referral for another clinic at the end. The other thing that left a very bad impression is the fact that when I asked the receptionist about the name of the doctor who saw my daughter, she could only give me the first name which is Rubina. How come she did not know the last name of the doctor that is treating patients there is beyond any of my beliefs about proffesionalism. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed by this whole experience!

Dentist is horrible. I went private and haven't helped me just charged me money for nothing and told me that I should go to my usual dentist. I am truly unsatisfied and will never go there again. Just an update... After posting review I got a phone call from practice that dentist is happy to proceed with a treatment of course on my cost. So I just wasted one hour paid for nothing and I have to return to practise to pay again for the treatment which could have been done straight away. Ridiculous

I was quite impressed with the professionalism and care from this practice. Dr Vim was efficient and helpful in answering questions and queries about Invisalign and the process. I was happy with how my hygiene and scans was carried out with ease. And also, the receptionists was kind and quick to book my appointments without any problems. I can’t wait for the end results after just started my Invisalign journey.
