   These people are the worst property managers ever. I really recommend that you do not use them. I am so pained that I have to give them a 1 star.They deserve a zero star rating. Since August, the lift in Devonshire house has broken down 4 times and we were without a lift for more than 2 months at a stretch. It broke down again yesterday 19/12/25, and based on their track record, it probably won't be fixed until February. You call them and no one knows anything.They just bounce you around. Why don't you sort out the issue once and for all, and save us the stress and aggravation? Everywhere is messy. The trash is collected every 3 weeks or so and by then, the bins are all overfilled and scattered everywhere, attracting rats and insects. Even when the trash is collected, the collectors do not take the bins back into the trash bay. They leave them at the reception, smelling and blocking entrances. Sometimes, the trash collectors put the trash in large bags and drag them across the reception area, spilling them everywhere. They leave them like that until the cleaner comes several days later to clean it up. Living here is a health hazard, honestly. To your joints and physical health. If you are considering using them, think again! Fix the lift ASAP. This is festive season and people are shopping. We cannot be carrying heavy shopping up several flight of stairs. I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW WITH THE EXACT DATE THEY FIX IT.

   This is by far the worst property managers i have ever encountered. The management is an absolute joke! They dont reply to emails, any jobs you raise they ignore, I've been gathering statements from other tenants to make a claim back for service charges at Metalworks Apartments due to the absolute disrepair of the block. Avoid renting anywhere with Centrick involvement. The carpark has leaks everywhere,the lobby has exposed wires the list goes on! **UPDATE** Still nothing from Centrick, leaks still ongoing throughout the carpark, exposed wires, carpark ramp flooded so dangerous to drive up and down, Directors dont care just as much as their management team. Anyone who lives in Metalworks I urge you to escalate your complaint and request a final response letter and SARS then Escalate your complaint to the Ombudsman and your MP ,seek compensation for the poor service and unjustified service charges! Centrick happy to charge over £2000 service charge for doing little and nothing! Don't even bother replying to them on here either as it goes nowhere! *****28/11/25- This has now been reported to TPO and my local MP****

   It's rare for my to give a 5* review for an estate agency but I cannot fault Centrick and the personalised service provided by Shyleigh Quinlan. She was especially efficient, proactive and professional. Everyone knows how important this is for a tenants peace of mind. Highly recommend!

   4/06/2025: Just going to leave these pictures here to show the state of a building they manage. I know they’ll respond to this with their copy and paste model response- no empathy or originality. Avoid this company. 5/06/2025: now our parcels are getting stolen. They have reached out to me like they indicated in their response but there has been no resolution. Door has not been fixed, cleaner has not done their job. This company should get 0 stars. I will be back tomorrow. Let’s see how long it’ll take to get these issues fixed. 7/06/2025: still no resolution and no security from Centrick. We are now being targeted and fear for our lives as our building is not secure. Avoid this company by every means necessary. 19/06/2025: they provided a temporary solution which got ruined in a day. The company clearly shouldn’t be in this line of business. It is a health risk to all involved. 24/06/2025: property hasn’t been cleaned, door hasn’t been fixed. 17/07/2025: over a month since my first update and there is no progress. 8/8/2025: over two months and still no progress.

   Working with Centrick was great they really care and work hard for you. But working with Luca was the excellent bit. He was amazing. He stayed in contact with me, was professional, polite, but he also had a human side to him. When the sale became challenging he was proactive in contacting me with ideas and options. I’ve sold properties before but working with Luca was by far the best customer service I have ever had and I would highly recommend him! Thank you very much Luca for your brilliant service !

   Visited the office and was helped by Amelia. She was helpful in showing properties and booking the visits. Much appreciated help. Edit#- I was helped my Mr. Quentin Lee during property viewings, and he is a thorough gentleman. He explained the process well, was prompt in getting my bid to the landlord and gave time-to-time updates about the same. A great team with efficient people. Very much recommended!

   Great service. Contacted Centrick as I had a property to let due to a relocation. Chose Centrick as friends had previously been tenants and was recommended. Micheal Nabarro has been great through the process. From the initial meeting, advising on the process and the move in of the tenant, has all been stress free. They arrange pictures and advertising, but also supply furniture and ensure that your property is compliant for future tenants. I was informed when viewings would happen and he took care of everything. Always replied to emails for any questions or clarifications I required. All round has been a great experience and would recommend.

Not only did he help with a seamless viewing, but also answered our long list of questions (first time tenants in UK) very patiently. He also ensured that we understood all the clauses in our agreement which helped us make more informed offer and decisions regarding a lovely property.

   Luca Davis showed my family and I around one of the properties listed by Centrick. I found his knowledge very helpful, stemming from his long-standing relationship with the seller. He was accommodating and I never felt rushed through the viewing. He was bubbly, chatty and seemed experienced. He was able to answer many of the questions we had and I got the impression he was honest. I would happily get in touch with him again to arrange more viewings.
