   I was able to obtain an emergency appointment on the day of ringing due to an infected wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. The treatment i received from Indy & Thusi despite them not being my normal dentists was second to none. The process and procedure to extract the tooth was explained in great detail and the actual treatment was performed perfectly. Would highly recommend Valley Dental Practice.

   Dentist, assistant and sedation nurse made me feel incredibly comfortable and listened to my concerns. I feel confident in going forward with a hygiene visit alongside sedation, despite being an incredibly nervous patient. The staff put my nerves at ease and were very patient with me.    Today I see a dentist I haven't seen before, but, I must say that she was excellent! I'm nervous when I attend the dentist so like to see the same one each time, but due to personal reasons I had the option to re book or see someone else. I didn't want to charged my appointment so decided to go with a different dentist and she was so nice, kind and considerate. Would recommend her and would have no concerns about seeing her again.    Having had many bad experiences in a dental chair as a child/young man I was very worried about even making an appointment. When I rang to make the appointment the staff were very helpful, efficient and personable, this helped put me at ease. The care I then received was so much better than any other dental experience I'd had. I had to have a filling replaced and a tooth removed as another old filling had come loose and become infected (it was the second molar from the back). I felt next to nothing from the injections and the actual treatment was completely painless. This was yesterday at 4pm, my jaw was a little tender this morning but now I honestly can't feel any pain at all, it is only 24 hours later. I'm a 50 year old who is only now happy to have already booked a check up for 6 months time after going to the dentist just 6 times in the last 32 years.

   It is clean , hygienic , tidy , bright , modern but small which is minor let down but it doesn’t make impact on their quality of service. The staff are friendly , well mannered , knowledgeable , professional , attentive understanding , sociable , respectful , responsive , efficient, helpful , patient , the always welcome you with open arms and smile. The service is very good , careful , steady , they will keep your teeth in very prestige conditions , the equipment are very clean , are up to date with the technology , effective at removing any dirt in teeth and inform you any problems if you have any problems with oral hygiene. They punctual when it is your appointment but it depends how many people they have who appointment in there dental building. If you are looking dentist to go get your oral health checked up or get treatment for something then this the right place because you will enjoy their service with top quality and reassurance that everything will be good for you in there for life.
