   Terrible experience with this business. I purchased a Groupon for a mani/pedi and arrived for my treatment where my voucher was scanned (redeemed) on arrival. Half way through the manicure it became obvious that the girl was unable to do the service - the varnish was lumpy and bubbling from my nail when under the light, and the desk and instruments used were very dirty. The girl agreed to stop the treatment and process a refund and I contacted Groupon whilst I was still on the premises to confirm this. Suffice to say, FACES have now denied to Groupon that this was the case and have ignored my calls and voicemails to try to resolve the matter so I have not received my refund. I have escalated a complaint with Trading Standards so I would not recommend using this business.

   Bought a Groupon voucher for a full massage with aromatherapy oils. I don't usually visit salons as I get quite anxious but honestly this place is so welcoming from the moment I entered to when I left I felt I felt like I was at home. We had a lovely chat and almost forgot the time. The massage was lovely and comfortable and I can't wait to visit again. If you're a spiritual person this place has your vibe!

   Faye is fabulous for everything beauty and nails related. From shellac, to brows, lashes, make up, facials to spray tans and all the other wonderful services she offers she is AMAZING. Faye's beauty room is chilled, and calming and Faye always listens to what you are after and delivers on spec and some! I have been going to Faye for my nails and beauty for 3 years and I wouldn't contemplate going to anyone else. I always feel like I'm in safe and capable hands with Faye.
