   I spend most of my day working at a desk, and I also train regularly at the gym. Over time, that combination has led to stiffness and an occasional injury. Martin has been a huge help in keeping me moving freely, my joint mobility and recovering from any injury. He takes the time to understand both my work and lifestyle, tailoring his treatment so I can stay active. After sessions with him, I’ve noticed real improvements in mobility and reduced discomfort, which has made a big difference both at work and in the gym. I’d highly recommend Martin to anyone who spends long hours at a desk or is active and wants to stay on top of their recovery. His expertise and supportive approach have been invaluable!

   I was welcomed by Kiran whose smile and kindness was delivered immediately, very professional and lovely chat while waiting as I was very early. I was treat my Trinni who was INCREDIBLE. I felt listened too, she made sure she understood exactly what my problems are, explained very clearly and in detail what she was doing and why. I have left feeling much better than I did walking in, from the treatment and the wonderful interactions, thank you so much! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

   If you need a sports massage/acupuncture/osteopathy, look no further as this is the best clinic you can find in Leeds. I have been visiting Freedom Care Leeds since 2020 when I started having issues with my back/shoulder. I had osteopathy apts(with Rod), acupuncture (Mar), sport massage (Nicole) and my back is so much better now. Now I go there for a sport massage not to fix anything but release knots and mainly just to prevent any injuries. It makes me feel good, my performance improved and my recovery is quicker (also I sleep like a baby after a massage). Definitely recommend as it’s an investment in your health, whats more important than this?!

   I had the most amazing experience at Freedom Care Clinic. Few days ago I woke up with an awful pain in my neck and couldn’t move it. Got lucky and managed to book appointment for the same day. Adrian did the treatment for me, explained everything and set up an exercise plan and just after one visit I feel so much better! Can’t recommend this place enough!

   I've been to Freedom Care for a couple of issues now, and both times received really good service. Most recently for a sprained ankle, the hands-on treatment has been helpful, and the staff have been super clear on what I need to focus on for recovery and patient with answering all my questions. The app which the exercises are shown on is also really helpful for keeping up with my programme.

   I've wanted to visit a Chiropractor for a while and I am so glad I chose this place. I booked the consultation and treatment (all in one session) and I am glad I did as it started to relieve my neck and back pain quickly. I was also impressed by how the number of follow up treatments were advised at the beginning. It's also just 5 minutes walk from Leeds station.

   I have so far had two appointments at the Leeds Branch. Communication with the clinic is excellent. The clinic itself is welcoming, calm & professional. My treatments have been with Nicole Burns. I have found her to be very knowledgeable, respectful, professional & excellent at her job. I felt very reassured that she had correctly assessed me & my particular issues and was able to provide treatment specific to my needs. Nicole made sure I was comfortable & informed , & during treatment checked several times that I was ok, & whether the pressure was as I needed / wanted. She has also asked if I would like some exercises to do at home, which she will email. I highly recommend this clinic.
