AVOID Paid £900 for a full course of laser treatment. 2 weeks ago my next appointment was cancelled and I have heard nothing since despite calls (which are connecting but not answered) and texts. They are still advertising on their Facebook page and at least 2 others have commented on posts in the same situation.
Great clinic, very friendly staff who made me feel welcome. Micro needling has shown strong results and would recommend to anyone with acne scarring. The only slight improvement is recommend is offering a how to / do and dont guide following treatments. After constant googling I found out you can’t sit in the sun for long period of time following (which might seem obvious for some), no gym for a period of time, sunscreen always, etc etc. a booklet of some sort or a guide on the website would be very helpful for newbies. Great place and would highly recommend!
Best decision I ever made! I was very happy to actually see results after just one session. I usually have him for my appointments who is the best, he makes you feel very comfortable and is very good at his job. Everyone I've dealt with at the clinic has always been so nice and helpful, can't recommend this place enough,,
I have been using this clinic for a few months now, they provide fantastic customer service, advice and brilliant treatments. The reception staff are always polite and happy to see you and the therapists are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain all treatment details to you. Carolina is one of the therapists I see, she is always polite, adapts the treatment to my needs and is generally great at her job!!
I recently had my first hydra facial and absolutely loved it. The treatment lasts about an hour and feels so so hydrating and cleansing. I’ve definitely noticed an improved glow in my skin, but still have some stubborn blocked pores around my chin and mouth. Will definitely persist and hopefully see further improvements over the next few facials. Salon is lovely and clean, definitely recommend
Poor service got my first session with a female she was nasty did my eye brow and ears and face neck in ten minutes. I was in pain I told her to slow down so she sez I have many more customers. I rang the boss he sez ve do all body in 10 mints..I paid £360 for 4 sessions and but on second session the same it disaster...por service
Really enjoyed my hydrafacial. Girls are wonderful, knowledgeable and really make you feel at ease. First impression was clinic is clean and welcoming. Definitely worth 5 starts and will be coming back
I have had 8 laser hair removal sessions. The clinic is very accommodating and the staff are excellent. They were always flexible around timing if I needed to change time or date of appointment. Quick reply on the phone and email. I love the results and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is considering laser hair removal treatments. It is the best investment I have ever had. Prices are very good too. The staff are professional, polite and understanding. The clinic itself is very clean and privacy is guaranteed.
I have just had my third laser hair removal treatment today at NuEra and I am very happy with my results so far. I can already see such a difference and only shaving once between appointments which is amazing!! All the staff are really friendly and make you feel comfortable, very knowledgeable and everything is cleaned to a high standard. I would recommend anyone thinking of going for this treatment to go for it, it is certainly worth the investment :)
