I booked an appointment because of recurring gum ulcer and gum recession. Dr. Alex was very kind and thoroughly explained everything in a way that's easy to understand. He doesn't rush the time, and really spends time with you to make sure everything's clear. Also, he'd only recommend treatments if it will actually benefit you, and not to just make money which I value very highly because that's hard to find. The Most amazing Specialist I've been too in a long time. Alex took the time out to explain and go over any questions which I had and also gave me the reassurance in what steps I would need to take further. Having been really terrified of dentists after some not so great experiences I was looking for a specialist who could manage my fear and help with my issues and that is what I found. I am comfortable going and reassured. Dr Alex is informative without being condescending and the nurses are all lovely. So much so Iv opted to keep travelling to see him for maintenance.
