   Kevin! You absolute star! Our order was delivered wrong accidentally - we're all human, mistakes happen. I phoned and how Kevin dealt with the situation was second to none, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Kevin was immediately apologetic, he resolved the issue in seconds and was polite and friendly throughout. I only wish every company we ordered takeaway from was this good!! Dominoes!!! Kevin is an absolute credit to you. Thank you! Ps - The food was gorgeous too!

   Where’s the toppings for the price this is ridiculous I ordered vegetable surpreme and I got the odd sweet corn and bit of green pepper it was just dough….want bother again with these ..useless

   Absolutely awful service. Most expensive pizza in town, but hands down definitely the worst too. Delivery service was an absolute joke. My own mistake for choosing Dominos. I’d leave no stars if that was an option.

   Ordered online at 5.45 for a delivery 6.45 - 700 fortunately have a ring doorbell As wasn’t in when driver arrived at 6.25 , had to tell him leave in porch , consequently when home at 6.38 it was Luke warm. Called but was told they busy & someone would call back , still waiting .Lichfield you are a disgrace , £30 meal awful never again.

   Dominos always has some really great deals so it's always seems really good value for money. For many years, no delivery service would deliver to my village apart from dominos. Its quick, easy to order and tastes great :)

   Really, really bad service. I have order a pizza deal, been told that it will be with me within 30minutes, its been more then 2 hours now. After an hour I called them they told me its on its way, 20 min later I called again, 20min in massive traffic you can drive in whole Lichfield back and forth. "Sorry we forgot about your order, we put it now on" Pizza has arrived after 2 hours !! Not recommend, do not buy there, its a waste of time, staff dont care about job, they have no idea what is customer service.
