   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Pizza Hut – Birmingham Bullring: I recently visited Pizza Hut at the Birmingham Bullring, and I was absolutely impressed! The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was fresh and delicious, and everything was served promptly. The highlight of my visit, however, was the exceptional service provided by Louise. Louise went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in, Louise greeted me with a warm smile and genuine friendliness. They were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured that all my requests were met without hesitation. It’s rare to find such professionalism combined with such a personal touch – Louise truly made the experience memorable. If you’re in Birmingham and craving great pizza with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend visiting Pizza Hut at the Bullring. And if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Louise, you’re guaranteed an exceptional experience!

   We came as a group of 4 and were seated straight away. However, it was so cold in there! We placed our orders within 6 minutes of each other. Our ice cream bowls were delivered before any food. One of our friends got her food and ate it before the rest of us got ours. We waited another 15-20 minutes after she had eaten before ours even came. After we had finished, we waited a long time before our table was cleared. We were asked if we wanted our desserts. One of them was delivered straight away but one wasn't. Again, she had finished her dessert and the other still hadn't been delivered. We had to chase this twice before it finally came. The food was delicious and a great price but the overall service was dreadful. We were hoping to nip in for a quick bite and ended up being there nearly 2 hours, simply because of the slow service when it wasn't particularly busy (half the restaurant was shut off too).

   Lovely experience had at the Bull Ring Pizza Hut. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, particularly Will who very kindly sat us close to the salad and drinks bars after he noticed that a member of our group had limited mobility. This was greatly appreciated and showed that he was willing to go above and beyond to make our experience great. We also had lovely interactions with Abi who ensured we were happy with our food and drinks. The food arrived quickly, was very hot and good quality. Cutlery and plates were all very clean. Very pleased.

   We paid a total of 45 € for two pizzas (one of them gluten-free) and one beer. The gluten-free pizza (peperroni one on the picture) was 18.99 £ for only 9 inches, the other was 14 £, and the beer was 6 £. I understand that gluten-free products can be slightly more expensive, but these prices are completely disproportionate. At that price, we expected larger portions and better quality. On top of that, the service was disappointing. At first, we were given one glass with two straws, even though there were three of us (or two, since one person had a beer). When we asked for another glass, they brought me a pint glass instead of a normal drinking glass. It feels especially unfair that people with dietary restrictions have to pay so much more for a simple gluten-free option, when the real cost of ingredients clearly doesn’t justify such pricing. Overall, extremely disappointing experience, and we won’t be coming back.

   Me and my family came here and it was great. We has no reservation but were seated swiftly. They explained to us how we order which is online through a barcode. We ordered and the food came out within 30minutes. The food was great, filling and definitely to our standards.

   We had the buffet, pizza was frequently topped up and was cooked really nicely. We noticed 1 guy who went up 8 times with 2 plates for himself stacked like Jenga. Don't expect to see him there on our return trip with the way he was piling it away. Ice cream machine was great.

   We went for lunch 3 adults and 2 kids. Order and payment is by phone and we took the unlimited buffet menu + chicken bites. The taste of the pizza was ok, as always. But should be more clean the tables, the buffet pizzas wasn't always full and all the tastes, also pasta was not ok. Should be more prepared for the buffet menu.

   Absolutely shocking service there was six of us,we always have vegetarian options on the buffet,we waited 30 minutes for them to make the pizza,not enough salad in the salad bar too,when pizza finally came out it was so pale and base was not cooked enough,very disappointed just feel this place has definitely gone way down. For the amount of food that we ate,the bill was too high the workers definitely need to understand that you are serving paying customers,rolling there eyes or ignoring customers is really rude!

   Sticky u hygienic spoons on salad bar, dirty toilets avoided by their cleaning staff. There were 4 of us and our food was served almost separately so while one person was eating other three were waiting for their food then they completely forgot my dessert and I had to ask two waiters for the forgotten dessert! I was asked to show the email receipt. Overall food was ok with poor hygiene, bad service.

   For a busy Saturday they were pretty good. We spent about an hour in here and ordering as well as getting food was all in good time. The staff were friendly and the food was good to so never a bad thing especially on a Saturday. The only reason for the 4 stars is I am definitely a "I prefer the cold" kind of person and you will definitely feel the heat inside but other than that was a good lunch break. I didn't get a picture of my pizza so here's a picture of my toy I got from a local gaming convention.
