   Me and my friend used to eat here all the time during a shop renovation we had in the area the pizza was good! However last night we had to go back to finish some final jobs there and decided to get a pizza one more time, my friend was throwing up the whole way home and I have been doing the same all night/morning! Not quite sure what’s happened to this place but cook your food properly

   Ordered a pizza and burger through JUST EAT. The order went through and after waiting several minutes for Santini Pizza to confirm my order JUST EAT sent me a message to let me know they they will phone Santini Pizza to give them a prompt. After several more minutes waiting I received another message informing me they my order has been unsuccessful. Disgusted with their service who would not confirm my order and then fail to answer the phone when JUST EAT called them. Totally unprofessional. Will never waste my time again with them

   I’ve been using these for a while the food is good but for the second time in a row there’s been major issues. First my order got cancelled and there was no notification and I had already paid. This was rectified by coming to an agreement that they will do the order another day convenient to me. Today they gave me half an order then returned still missing part of my order. I was told the remaining will be delivered and theres been nothing and now the shop is closed they have also received payment. Not impressed. Won’t use them again now

   EVERY SINGLE TIME there is a problem. Annoying cos their pizza is actually one of the best in the area. Always forget toppings. Once they just cancelled my order and I didn't realise til I checked because it'd been over an hour since 'confirmation'. This time I write because we've waited an hour and a half and the tracking system said delivered when it wasn't. We drove down to the shop and the shutters were down! Not even open (this was at 6.30 - was supposed to open at 3). Terrible!

   Ordered a large double pepperoni pizza and when it arrived it was very small with one piece of pepperoni on each slice. I called the shop and was told I received what I ordered, 'what's your problem' , he repeated this three times - no apology or remedy. When I said I wouldn't be buying again he hung up the phone. Very disappointed.

   I stopped here very randomly and happy doing it. Tasty Peri Peri chicken and delicious fries, Crispy and fresh. Friendly staff. The shop is clean and well organised. Definitely recommend.
