Absolutely shocking asked for chicken breast kabab never got that it was shredded then hardly any meat. Got a text to.say o wsy still not arrived 40 min later
I would rate zero if I could!! Taken payment twice from our account and unwilling to resolve, terrible customer service! As a customer for a couple of years and ordering multiple times a month I would at least expect them to resolve! Absolutely shocking. Will not be ordering again. EDIT As a customer I would have expected you to deal with this better than you have. I do not understand how my bank can resolve this when my proof clearly shows that 2 payments have been accepted by you. You sent me a screenshot of a payment received, how do I know that there isn’t 2 screenshots of both payments? There isn’t any proof that the second payment wasn’t received? You have seen proof that 2 payments have been taken by you and then try to blame ‘online’ by saying you haven’t received it. So you are saying my money is just floating somewhere? Money grabbers and not willing to resolve!
Just ordered kids tea from here Waited 2 hours for the delivery driver to bring the wrong one. Then for him to think it’s ok to go to the house were he dropped our food at , and swap it and expect us to be happy with second hand food . Avoid avoid avoid

Very random and frustrating one this... have use them 20 plus times as although not the quickest, the food is usually spot on. Ordered tonight and came about an hour later. Order was totally wrong so tried to call them ASAP as the driver sped off too quickly to catch him. Phone doesn't ring through after a dozen attempts so tried to email. It's obvious no takeaway reads emails but even the order processor, Ace Order, doesn't have a working email or phone number. Won't bother ordering again and it's only my general laziness and the order being 20 quid, that I don't drive to Bentley and ask them to sort it face to face.
Burger was alright 6/10 spicy wings 2/10 chips 6/10. Burger was alright bit crispy chips average wings awful had a funny tatse and texture ,shop was not very clean ,it's okay but I'm not gonna dine again.
I wouldn't wreckon mend as the order was completely wrong asked for chicken wrap which come in small pieces not a breast salad was only lettuce and onion also asked for a donner wrap with cheese and cucumber and tomatoes the wrap was dry no cheese or cucumber on it think they need to look at what people are ordering and instructions given
Ordered food. 2 hours later, nothing, rang them, they said the food had just left the store, another half hour passes by, no food. I call again, they say the food is next in the delivery car. 2 mins later i get a call saying they cancelled my order 20 mins ago but no one let me know. I complained saying that someone on the phone said my food was on the way and they said they would ring me back. Hung up and never rang me back. Disgusting customer service. Never order from here
