   I have been a loyal, returning customer at this establishment for a long time, but after today’s appalling experience, I will never spend another penny here. My mobile phone is currently damaged, so I was forced to call from my office landline to place a burger order. Because my office line displays as a "withheld number" for security reasons, the person who answered the phone told me they "don't take orders from withheld numbers" and immediately hung up on me. They didn't ask for a call-back number, they didn't ask for my name, and they didn't give me a single second to explain the situation. To be dismissed so rudely and have the phone slammed down on a regular customer is completely unacceptable. It is a shame that poor staff attitude and a rigid, nonsensical policy have cost you a loyal patron. If you want to be treated with basic decency and respect, I suggest ordering your food elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that actually value their customers. Avoid. Incident happened at 19:25 20/12/25

   We ve ordered 2 chicken kebabs and they came with an extra garlic bread, 2 side of fries(average) and 2 cans. We ve really enjoyed it and we will order again.

   I ordered a 14 inch pizza and double cheeseburger and chips ,the guy who served me was very accommodating,the pizza had lots of cheese and base sauce ,the burger was just next level I highly highly recommend this place as it's service ,food and ambience are unmatched in Widnes by far the best takeaway I've tried keep up the excellent service

   Shocking... kebab and pitta I had, woke up 4am throwing up and bad diarrhoea I'd like a full refund I will be coming in today to get a refund and I will not leave until its paid

   I have ordered from here many times as I've been working away, The kebabs are always really good and not over cooked. I ordered a "Calzone" pizza, this was terrible, it was dry and had hardly any sauce on the base. It was essentially a 12" meat feast pizza that was folded in half and cut into sections for some unknown reason. It was definitely not the traditional Calzone pizza i was expecting and looking forward to. 1 bad experience out of 7 orders. Delivery drivers are always polite.
