Food hygiene is very poor. If you sit on the bench you can watch through the glass counter. I witnessed tongs tapped on inside of bin, dirty utensils from day before wiped with a tissue. We visited just after they opened and saw Donner meat with a white film on it that had been sat there all night. They reheated it and served us the outer layer.
"Seriously addictive! These are the best loaded fries I've ever had. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the mix of melted cheese and sauce was just next-level. It wasn't just a mountain of stuff—it was a perfectly balanced meal. A solid 10/10 comfort food fix!"
Went into store and glad I did , ordered a single cheeseburger and a double doner burger , had to first mention that one was a double burger so they needed another burger patty on the grill , then had to mention when the double burger was being wrapped that it was a doner burger so needed doner meat for which there was the minimal amount placed on . Handed the food and no apology for almost screwing our order up , got the food home and the burgers where tough and nasty , obviously had been overcooked due to having to wait for another burger to be done due to their incompetence, place used to be nice but I would avoid it now , crap food and worse customer service. AVOID !!!
We ordered a meal (burger meal) at 6pm and asked for us to collect it at 630pm. We went to collect and first thing I saw was the lady snatching the pizza cutter off the lad and then dropping the scoop to then use it on the pizza. They was arguing in the shop (people was waiting for there food) The lady then came to the counter for her to say “sorry I forgot to do your order”. We had another party meal in the car and by the time we got home it was cold as we was waiting for mine. The burger meal was undercooked. I was personally disappointed and the lady was aware of this.
Ordered food for delivery. Waited an hour and a half and had to chase food. When it arrived my order was incorrect so called for them to correct it. They returned 30 minutes later, after everyone else had eaten, asked me to pay more as they had incorrectly charged originally. My order was a chicken shish wrap and had hardly any chicken in it and it looked as though they had dug in the offcuts for it. Won't be ordering from here again.

Only recently started ordering from Mozza Prime. After just 3 orders so far, both me and my partner think they are the best we have had . (shame they don't do Bolognese, but I'm loving the Mexicano and Hot and Spicy pizzas) I'd certainly recommend and will definitely be using them again. Delicious pizza bases with plenty of gorgous topping !!
A counter-review to the one that Kerry Aspinall posted. In all the 4 years that I have ordered from Mozza Prime the food has been great, the customer service phenomenal. It is an honor for me to have been accepted as part of the team recently. It does however sadden me when people think that they can be rude to the people who work the tills, the cooks who make your food and still get a free garlic pizza as well as the garlic bread that was sent out because of a mistake on the menu that we were not even aware of. There are better ways to give us your criticism than being stubborn and not wanting to resolve the issue, my colleague stayed on the phone with you and offered reasonable solutions but you seemed to want the world and more. As for the other issues you have addressed, you could have given your complaints to the restaurant all those times and we would have been as helpful as possible. However, it appears that you hadn't and decided that now is the time to bring things to light that we weren't aware of, if something isn't right we encourage you to speak up as we don't bite.
Be aware the website is different to the store, ordered Garlic pizza that’s on the website, this is a garlic, cheese and tomato. This is now the third time this has happened, rang the store to let them know they have sent the wrong one again, only to be told they only do what they have on the menu in the store, and they don’t sell this in store, they do not look at the website, bad business practice to no know what they sell on line as well as store, lady on phone argued with me, after about 5 mins explaining they said they would send out another but I had to give back the one I have been given, this is also bad business, great customer service this is (not). I have ordered with them for a number of years but I am afraid I will no longer be ordering. Also ordered a chicken wrap with salad, and the salad was cabbage. Only part was the chips that were ok. Now sat waiting another hour to see if they do send out what I ordered, that will be a 2 hour wait for food. Never again. Dreadful service
Payed extra for stuffed crust and could hardly see or taste the cheese the crust was hollow. Ordered cheesecake for after and was frozen solid. Took over an hour to defrost. Not bad if you want a cheap takeaway though
