Stuff is so rude and bad behaviour. He hasn’t minimum manner. I want to order food but that I don’t do this the owner or manager should change the staff.
When I last ordered a pizza from here I asked for a meat feast. Clearly states on the menu pork,bacon, and ham. But it was turkey Clearly false advertisement .
All I can taste is salt..I have placed an online order and the main item is the pizza. The hot pizza is meant to have chillis and peppers not a tomato base substituted for hot sauce. The pizza is not edible the stuffed crust cheese doesn't taste great either. Everything looks great but one bite and I know it's not right. I wish I didn't order the pizza. It's a waste of money. The burger seems ok.. also I didn't receive the free fries. Don't buy there pizza unless you like salt
Tried this place after they did the eat out to help out thing and been getting pizza from here ever since. Only ever had veggie and Margherita pizza but tbh we love it, tons of toppings and cheese compared to the big franchises. Quite heavy so go a size lower than you normally do if you're not a big eater. Good owner too, not a man of many words but always friendly. Many poor reviews from just eat orders, we always call ahead and never had a probem, guess technology really does disrupt everything in life!
Never been before and went for some post drinks pizza on the way home. It was edible but not particularly good. Pizza was undercooked and the dough had that greyish texture. Flour wasn't mixed in well and had lots of specks of undercooked flour over it. Good amount of toppings and they were decent quality but undercooked doughy consistency made it pretty poor.
Chicken wings and jalapeño cream cheese tasted like typical oven food. Delivery on time.
One of the best pizzas I’ve had for a while. Deserves a lot more attention. Cheese and dough were impeccable.
Food are great and the service is not bas him is very servicial but the place is quite disgusting and looks old dirty I think they can invest just a bit of money in mantain the Palace.
SO disappointed with this take away, they messed up my order last time on JustEat. I ended up with someone else's order. The manager rang me the next day to tell me I would get 2 free pizzas next time. I just rung them to arrange this and was let down by terrible customer service on the phone. I will never order from here ever again. It's such a shame as their pizza and food is always delicious and piping hot. But the service has let them down big time!
The food is alright but they don't bother to read notes you just get whatever they make unfortunately they put a load of cheese in my burger which I asked for plain probably won't order again
