Used a few times before and usually good, tonight though a different story, waited an hour and a half for stone cold pizzas to be delivered, tried phoning to see what was happening a few times but no one answered. Guess I'll go elsewhere. Utter shambles
Over 1.5 hrs for a delivery of a stone cold pizza. Then tried to phone and they ignore the phone. Home account now closed Business will be told never to order from them again. If everyone does this maybe they will learn or go out of business. Never order from these guys if you want a quick delivery or a warm pizza. Side note - before our stone cold pizza came we phoned to ask where it was and could not understand a word of what that were saying. Why do companies employ staff that don't or can't speak English! What a joke!
I would give 0 stars if it were possible. I waited an unacceptable hour and ten minutes for my order. I called the store five times, and during the final call I was standing inside watching an employee ignore the ringing phone while using his mobile. It was only when I banged on the glass he reacted. This level of service and the staff’s attitude are completely unacceptable and require immediate attention. I expect the store manager or franchisee to contact me directly regarding this issue.
The staff here deserve 5 stars and the pizza was really good and they are very understanding, given the impossible situation management puts them in. Unfortunately for them someone in management is on the take here with Just Eat. They switch Just Eat on and then take orders for Just Eat that they never deliver, they then close the order as delivered taking your money. We only got our order because we walked into the shop and showed them the order and they had to make it from scratch for us there. When we were there another man came in, who had experienced the exact same issue. As I said someone in management is on the take here, pocketing money with Just Eat and that is why the rating here is 3.5. Papa Johns HQ needs to look into this and I will be contacting them.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Accepted order when they had no drivers to deliver. Didn't tell me so I waited an hour before calling to be told they had no driver so couldn't deliver. Had to call them AGAIN to get them to cancel the order so I would be refunded. Total jokers. Will never use again
Utterly useless service, more than an hour waiting only to find the driver has misread the address, and doesn't have a phone with GPS as he's driven over 20 miles in the opposite direction. had to cancel as i left the address and had no way of refunding the order.
Great Service and beautiful pizza! I was helped by a very nice man to get the best deal for what I was after (2 XXL pizzas) and was offered extra sauce. It was all done in 12 min and the pizza was yummy!
This place is the pits. Papa John's is usually a good purchase, but this franchise store is beyond a joke. The store manager is rude and via their complaints service you get nowhere. Even if you are starving - do not waste your time or your money by contributing to this utter stitch up. Waited for 1hour 30 for a cold pizza that looked like it had been made by a kid at nursery. The ingredients on the pizza do not match the quantity selected if making/creating your own. Instead the store makes it their own irrespective of the order. Currently trying to get my money back and will leave another review to let customers know how I got on.
